Pinagsisihan ni Alex Diaz ang indecent proposal nito sa pamamagitan ng direct message sa Instagram account ng fitness coach na si Miguel Chanco noong October 2019.
Pero naging pabor sa kanya ang nangyari dahil ito ang dahilan kaya napilitan ang aktor na aminin sa publiko na bisexual siya.

"It was an incident I regret," pahayag noon ni Alex, na nakuha ang simpatiya at suporta ng publiko.
Kabaligtaran ito sa naranasan ni Chanco na tumanggap ng mga batikos dahil sa paglalantad niya sa tunay na sexual orientation ng aktor at rason para burahin niya ang mga screenshot ng pag-uusap nila na kanyang inilabas sa Facebook.

Halos tatlong taon na ang nakalilipas mula nang maganap ang insidenteng buong pusong tinanggap ni Alex kaya komportableng-komportable na ito ngayon sa kanyang sarili.
Ang PaThirsty ang unang pelikulang pinagbibidahan ni Alex buhat nang aminin nito ang pagiging bisexual.
Sa press conference na naganap noong Huwebes ng gabi, May 26, 2022, malayang-malaya na ang aktor na ipakita sa entertainment writers ang tunay na pagkatao na mababakas sa kanyang pananalita, curly hair, at choker necklace na suot.
Matapang ding nagsalita si Alex tungkol sa desisyon niyang tanggapin ang isang proyekto na nagpapakita sa kanyang bisexuality.
“What you gonna expect from in this movie, one, is my ass,” pabirong sabi ni Alex, na maraming beses nagpakita ng kanyang hubad na katawan sa PaThirsty.
“You’d definitely see more of me than I’ve ever put on screen. Of course, with the trusted guidance of my director [Ivan Andrew Payawal], as in the sex scenes were something that we thought extensively about nung preparations pa lang.
“I think it’s a mixture of trust with Direk Ivan and a mixture of trust with my co-actors.
"So, I think you guys gonna see very spicy love scenes, very honest chemistry and, honestly, at this point of my life, I feel like my career is so much more than just a personal thing.
“It has become a beacon for a lot of people who don’t see representation in the media and, for me, that gives me so much purpose.
“Palagi naming sinasabi sexuality is really not an issue. For me, if the material is good, if the material can stand, we’ll do it.”
SEX SCENES WITH ADRIANNA AND KYCH
May mga sex scene si Alex sa PaThirsty at kasama niya sa mga mapupusok na eksena ang co-stars niyang sina Adrianna So at Kych Minemoto.
Ayon kay Alex, hindi sila nahirapan nang kunan ang mga maseselang eksena nila dahil nangibabaw ang kanilang tiwala sa isa’t isa.
“I have love scenes with Adriana and Kych Minemoto and it’s not gonna work if you’re not completely invested.
"So, I think that was the sexy thing for me na yung trust na kaya namin talagang tumalon sa bangin, kumbaga.
“Surprisingly, hindi siya naging mahirap kasi siyempre, like me, I don’t identify as heterosexual.
"So, you always have that worry na kapag isang heterosexual yung kasama mo, baka mailang.
"Pero for some reason, sobrang ganda lahat ng chemistry namin sa set, leading up to the sex scene. and Direk took care of us.
“He left the sex scenes for later on para we can get to know each other. Me and Kych, were like, 'Bro, let’s do this. Let’s just do it.'"
Dagdag pa ni Alex, “This is the movie, it’s a great material. Huwag nating sayangin yung opportunity na ‘to na mapaganda yung sex scenes na ito.
“And I think, that sex scene, yung matagal na hintayan namin na nakahubad kami pareho magkayakap dahil sine-set up yung camera, yun ang nag-seal ng bond namin ni Kych, as in I would kill for this guy. He’s like my brother talaga.”
