Suspendido ng tatlong buwan ang driver's license at nakaalarma ang MV (Motor Vehicle) record ng suspect sa pagsagasa sa security guard na si Christian Floralde ng Raptor Security Agency.
Ito ang ilan sa mga ipinataw na parusa ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) sa suspek, base sa nakasaad sa show cause order na inilabas ng nabanggit na government agency.

“Due to the gravity/severity of your acts, your driver’s license is hereby preventively suspended for a period of ninety (90) days and your MV record is placed under alarm preventing any and all transactions while under investigation,” nakalagay sa liham ng LTO na ipinadala sa nagmamay-ari ng Toyota RAV4 SUV na bumangga at sumagasa kay Floralde sa insidenteng naganap sa Mandaluyong City kahapon, June 5, 2022.
Iniimbitahan ng LTO ang may-ari ng sasakyan na sumipot sa pagdinig sa kaso na mangyayari sa kanilang tanggapan bukas, June 7.
“In view thereof, you, as the registered owner of the subject motor vehicle and the assigned driver on 05 June 2022 are directed to appear at the Intelligence and Investigation Division, Land Transportation Office, East Avenue, Quezon City, on 07 June 2022 at 1:00 pm (TUESDAY).
“The assigned driver is further directed to submit a written COMMENT/EXPLANATION thereon to show cause why he should not be administratively charged for Reckless Driving (Section 48 of R.A. 4136), Duty of driver in case of accident (Section 55 of R.A. 4136) and why his driver’s license should not be suspended or revoked in connection with the incident stated above.
“Failure to appear and submit the written comment/explanation as required shall be construed by this Office as a waiver of your right to be heard, and the case shall be decided based on the evidence at hand,” bahagi ng sulat na ipinadala ng pamunuan ng Intelligence and Investigation Division ng LTO sa may-ari ng sasakyan na residente ng Quezon City.
Suportado ng management ng Raptor Security Agency si Floralde dahil kitang-kita sa viral video ng aksidente ang pang-aagrabyadog naranasan niya mula sa kamay ng driver ng RAV4 SUV.
Ayon sa Raptor Security Agency managing director na si Manuel Fayre, nakahanda ang asawa ni Floralde na magsampa ng criminal case laban sa suspect.

Inaasahan nilang sisipot ito sa pagdinig na magaganap sa opisina ng LTO bukas, June 7, para harapin ang driver ng sumagasa sa mister niya.
