Humingi ng paumanhin sa American filmmaker na si Lauren Greenfield ang management ng advertising company na Digital Out-Of-Home PH (DOOH PH) dahil sa walang pahintulot na paggamit nila sa larawan ni dating Unang Ginang Imelda Romualdez-Marcos.
Si Greenfield ang direktor ng documentary movie na The Kingmaker at siya ang may-ari ng larawan ni Marcos na ginamit ng DOOH PH nang batiin nito ng “Happy 93th birthday" ang former First Lady kahapon, July 2, 2022.

Nakalagay ang larawan at pagbati kay Marcos sa isang giant LED billboard na nakapuwesto sa south wall ng GA Towers sa Mandaluyong City.
Nakarating agad kay Greenfield ang walang paalam na paggamit sa litrato ni Imelda na pag-aari niya kaya ipinarating ng US-based filmmaker sa mga kinauukulan ang kanyang reklamo.
“Clearly, whoever stole my image to wish Imelda Happy Birthday doesn’t understand copyright infringement.
"If anyone knows who owns the billboard and the building involved, please dm me,” ang ilan sa mga tweet ni Greenfield.
Mabilis naman itong ginawan ng aksyon ng management ng DOOH PH.

Ito ang kabuuan ng apology statement ng DOOH PH kay Greenfield:
"Dear Ms. Lauren Greenfield, First, we would like to sincerely apologize for using your 'Kingmaker' image for our billboards. We must confess that we were unaware of your copyright, and we appreciate that you brought the matter to our attention.
"Please be informed that as soon as we were made aware of the issue, we immediately took the greeting down.
"We take full responsibility for the mistake, and we are truly sorry.
"Please know that we are willing to make this right with you, and if you will need our services in the future, please do not hesitate to give us a call, and we assure you that we will extend all the help that we can give.
"Again, we are very sorry.
"Thank you very much and may God bless you."
Nabasa na ni Greenfield ang apology statement ng DOOH PH pero gusto pa rin niyang malaman kung totoong inalis na ang billboard ng birthday greeting para kay Imelda.

Ipinagdiwang kagabi ni Imelda ang kanyang 93rd birthday sa Maharlika Hall ng Malacañang Palace na dinaluhan ng kanyang pamilya at mga kaibigan.
Naging kontrobersyal ang selebrasyon ng kanyang kaarawan dahil sa pagpalag ni Greenfield sa litrato na ginamit ng DOOH PH.
