“During rehearsals, I would forget that I’m part of the scene, kasi it’s such a joy watch them work,” pahayag ni Chai matapos ang special screening ng Nocebo nitong Miyerkules ng hapon, January 11, 2022, sa Red Cinema ng Shangri-La Plaza Mall.

“You represent your people.

Lahad ni Chai, “The props outside are the actual props that we used for Diana [pangalan ng karakter niya] in the film and they were sourced in places like Quiapo, which means they are actual items that practitioners use.

We also consulted a local shaman about how to handle these things because you’re not going to lose anything, to take extra precautions."

“There was another item where we were instructed specifically not to bring along with us if we’re going to pass by a cemetery.Huwag daw idadaan sa sementeryo.

"So the production design came in Ireland, ‘Okay, let’s check the routes really quick,’ from the unit base to the location we’re shooting at, and they said ‘We have checked, there are no cemeteries in any of the routes that we’re taking.’"
