Si former Vice President for ABS-CBN Films for New Media, Concept Development and Production Joaquin Enrico Santos ang sumulat ng kuwento at screenplay ng Wish You Were The One.
Ang pelikulang ito na pinagbibidahan nina Bela Padilla at JC Santos ay ipalalabas sa mga sinehan sa August 23, 2023.
Noong August 4, 2023, ni-release ang official trailer ng Wish You Were The One, na tumatanggap ng mga papuri dahil sa mga ipinakitang eksena.
Tinanong namin si Enrico tungkol sa inspirasyon niya sa pagbuo ng kuwento ng Bela-JC starrer.
“Siguro, the idea that when is love real is and when is it an illusion,” sagot ni Enrico.
“At ang conclusion ko ay love is always an illusion at the beginning. Pero when you give it a chance, it becomes a reality.
"Ang intellectual ba? Sorry,” dagdag niyang pahayag ni Enrico.
Nagtayo na ng sarili niyang production company si Enrico, ang Manila Envelope.
Co-producer ang Manila Envelope ng Deadly Love, ang Viva One original series na tinatampukan nina Jaclyn Jose, Louise delos Reyes, McCoy de Leon, at Marco Gumabao. Nagsimula ang streaming nito noong July 10, 2023.
Bukod sa Deadly Love at Wish You Were The One, si Enrico rin ang creator at writer ng upcoming films na Rewind at Mallari. Isinulat niya ang mga ito matapos siyang magretiro sa ABS-CBN noong December 2021.
“Nagtodo sulat ako after my retirement. Para akong nakawalang ibon!” natatawang sabi ni Enrico.
Ang Rewind ay official entry sa 49th Metro Manila Film Festival sa December 25, 2023. Pinangungunahan ito ng real-life couple na sina Marian Rivera at Dingdong Dantes.

Ang Mallari naman ay isang horror movie na pagbibidahan ni Piolo Pascual.

Ang The Trial (2014) at In The Name of Love (2011) ang dalawa sa mga pelikulang isinulat ni Enrico noon para sa Star Cinema.
Kahit B.S.Industrial & Systems Engineering ang kurso niya noon sa University of the Philippines, nag-aral siya ng film directing sa Marilou Diaz-Abaya Film Institute and Arts Center noong 2009.
