Madalas nakakasama ng anak ni Edu Manzano na si Enzo si Manzano ang second gentleman ng Amerika na si Doug Emhoff, ang asawa ni U.S. Vice-President Kamala Harris.
Si Harris ang kauna-unahang female vice-president ng Amerika at kumakandidato sa pagkapangulo sa halalang magaganap sa Nobyembre 5, 2024.
Si Enzo ang kasalukuyang presidente ng Filipino-American Democratic Club of New York (FDCNY) at East Coast Regional Director for Filipino Americans.
Tumutulong ang mga organisasyong ito sa kandidatura ni Harris at ng running-mate nito, ang vice-presidentiable na si Timothy James Walz.

Sa kabila ng pagiging abala ni Enzo sa mga malalaking responsibilidad nito para sa Harris-Walz campaign, ipinagpapatuloy niya ang pag-aaral dahil nasa huling semestre na siya ng kanyang Master’s degree sa Public Administration sa New York University.
Bukod sa asawa ni Vice-President Harris, nakakahalubilo rin ni Enzo si Acting U.S. Labor Secretary Julie Su, si U.S. Senator John Liu, at si Senate Majority Floor Leader Senator Chuck Schumer dahil sa kanyang mga katungkulan bilang FDNCY president.
ENZO'S MANZANO POLITICAL BACKGROUND
Nagtapos si Enzo ng Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science sa De La Salle University, Manila.
Naninirahan siya sa New York, USA, mula pa noong 2018.
Kahit noong nag-aaral pa sa DLSU si Enzo, aktibo na ito sa student politics kaya hindi nakapagtatakang pagdating niya sa Amerika ay nagtrabaho agad siya sa City Council of New York bilang staff member.

Hindi baguhan si Enzo sa mga political work dahil bukod sa serbisyo niya sa New York City Council, naglingkod siya bilang field organizer sa kampanya noon ni City Council member Eric Dinowitz.
Si Enzo ang deputy director of community relations ng Carpenter Contractor Alliance of Metropolitan New York (CCA Metro).
Noong Disyembre 2023, kabilang siya sa mga pinarangalan sa The 2023 Responsible 100 ng City & State New York.
“My job entails building relationships with communities and stakeholders across the five boroughs.
“Our activities include holiday distributions, community projects, career and job fairs, and educational events and outreach, all on behalf of union carpenters and contractors in New York City.
“The role allows me to make a direct impact in the communities that are most in need, whether it’s through the resources we distribute or the union careers that are available to them.
"It is also a beautiful thing to witness how communities come together to uplift one another,” pagsasalarawan ni Enzo sa kanyang mga tungkulin bilang deputy director of community relations.
SOLO PROTEST
Natatandaan si Enzo ng ilang Pilipino dahil sa tatlong oras na pagtayo niya sa harap ng United Nation Headquarters sa Manhattan para sa kanyang solo na pagpoprotesta noong Hunyo 2020 laban sa administrasyon ni dating Pangulo Rodrigo Duterte.
Tumanggap si Enzo ng mga papuri dahil sa matapang na pagtindig niya laban sa pamahalaan ni Duterte sa panahon ng coronavirus pandemic.
Pinag-usapan noon ang kanyang hawak na placards na may nakasulat na “DUTERTE & THE PHILIPPINE GOV’T ARE TAKING AWAY MY PEOPLE’S BASIC RIGHTS! FILIPINOS CAN’T PROTEST… so I hope the WORLD can see us instead!”
