Isa si Alfy Yan sa mga baguhang aktor na inaasahang gagawa ng ingay sa 2025 dahil sa mainit na pagtanggap sa kanya ng publiko nang magdesisyon siyang pumasok sa showbiz.
Si Alfy ay pamangkin ng yumaong aktor na si Rico Yan.
Ang magkaroon lamang ng mga commercial at product endorsement ang balak ni Alfy.
Ngunit dahil nasa dugo nito ang pagiging artista, hindi malabong sundan niya ang yapak ni Rico bilang aktor.
“Hopefully by next year, we will have a few endorsements and commercials,” sabi ni Alfy.

ALFY YAN'S ENTRY TO SHOWBIZ SUPPORTED BY HIS FRIENDS
Handa na ba siya sa mga sasabihin ng mga tao tungkol sa pasya niyang mag-artista.
Sagot ni Alfy, “I think I am ready for them because it’s really just how I think about those comments and I guess it’s really a mindset.
“I’ve been getting some comments, there are a lot of different opinions, some at first, I get a bit shocked by them but it’s kind of nice to see the people are commenting.”
Kahit hindi pa nagkakaroon ng pelikula at mga commercial, "GenZ Heartthrob" ang showbiz moniker ang ikinakabit sa pangalan ni Alfy ng kanyang mga tagahanga.
Reaksiyon dito ni Alfy, “I guess it’s a nice feeling, I appreciate it.”
Nag-aaral sa isang pribadong unibersidad si Alfy, pero nagpapasalamat siya dahil sinusuportahan ng kanyang mga kaibigan ang pangarap niya.
Saad niya, “I have had, like, a couple of friends that I have been able to share this, also besides my family.
“Their reaction, they were a shocked but also not. I guess they have seen all the news, the articles, and kinda expected it.
"But, of course, they will all always be there to support me and I appreciate it.
“There’s a bit of pressure but then again it’s really a nice feeling to see all the people supporting me. It’s really heartwarming to see the support.”
ALFY YAN-CLAUDINE BARRETTO PROJECT?
Malaki ang posibilidad na magkaroon ng proyekto si Alfy kasama ang aktres na si Claudine Barretto, ang dating kasintahan ni Rico.
Si Claudine ang nagdala at nagpakilala kay Alfy sa talent management agency ng Viva Entertainment.
Kahit matagal nang namayapa si Rico, nanatili siyang kaibigan na pamilya ng namayapang aktor.
Nakatakda sana ang pagpirma ni Claudine ng kontrata ilang araw matapos ipakilala si Alfy bilang contract star ng sa Viva Artists Agency noong Disyembre 10, 2024, pero ipinagpaliban ito dahil sa conflict sa schedule.
