"Na-starstruck" si Nico Locco sa unang pagkakataong pagkikita nila ng Scottish actor na si Iain Glen.
Si Glen ang gumanap na Ser Jorah Mormont sa hit HBO action-fantasy series na Game of Thrones (2011-2019).
Makakatrabaho ni Nico si Iain sa Quezon, ang biographical historical movie ni Manuel L. Quezon, ang Commonwealth of the Philippines president mula 1935 hanggang 1944.
Isa sa mga paboritong series ni Nico ang Game of Thrones kaya nangibabaw ang pagiging fan ni Nico nang magkaharap sila ni Iain sa script-reading para sa Quezon.
Ang Quezon ay pagbibidahan ni Jericho Rosales, mula sa direksiyon ni Jerrold Tarog at produksiyon ng TBA Studios.
Naganap ang script reading ng Quezon sa Manila Hotel noong January 30, 2025.

“Starstruck ako sa una dahil I liked his performance in Game of Thrones and, ironically, I was watching a series he was playing in at the time called The Rig.
"Pero after a few minutes of conversation, naging comfortable ako sa kanya dahil sobrang humble siya.
"We began talking about the movie and yung roles namin together,” lahad ni Nico sa eksklusibong panayam sa kanya ng Cabinet Files nitong Lunes ng gabi, Marso 17, 2025.
Gagampanan ni Iain sa Quezon ang karakter ni U.S. Army Major Leonard Ward na nagsilbi bilang governor-general ng Pilipinas.
Bibigyang-buhay naman ni Nico ang katauhan ni Sgt. Johnson.
Tuwang-tuwang ibinalita ni Nico na marami silang eksenang magkasama ni Iain sa Quezon.
Napasakamay ni Nico ang proyekto nang makapasa siya sa audition na ipinatawag ng TBA Studios.
Kuwento ni Nico: “I had to audition talaga for the role and ginawa ko yan habang nasa Canada pa ako for vacation.
"So I sent a self-tape to TBA Studios and, thankfully, I was chosen for the role.
“Nag-work ako sa TBA Studios a few years back pero for a small series lang, kaya this will be my first big exposure with them.
“Bago ako nag-audition for the role, alam ko na yung magiging scene partner ko in the movie Quezon will be with an actor from the Game of Thrones.
“Mas lalo akong motivated nung time na yon to give my best sa audition knowing I would have the chance to work alongside an actor from Hollywood."
Dagdag ng Italian-Canadian actor-model: “Sa pelikula, I will play the role of the loyal soldier assigned to Leonard Wood so lahat ng scenes ko are with him.
“Yung character ni Sgt. Johnston, hindi siya in favor sa system ni Quezon. Pero dahil may duty siya kay Leonard, he follows his orders until they are no longer needed sa Pilipinas.”

Handang-handa na raw si Nico sa pagsisimula ng shooting nila ni Iain para sa Quezon sa Marso 22, 2025.
Sabi ni Nico: “I am excited to work with him and learn from him while on set, being this will be the first time in a while since I worked with a Hollywood-caliber actor.
“Thankful ako sa production ng Quezon at kay Direk Jerrold Tarog.”
