Saad ng abugado: “To give them the chance to explain, yung failures nila for, number one, sa promotions.
"Then they must remember, nagkaroon ng premiere night, they were not present.
“Ayoko kasing magpa-file ako right away without giving them the opportunity to explain. That’s the reason why I will be sending a demand letter.
“Pero kapag nag-fail sila to explain, that’s the time I will be filing a breach of contract with damages.
“Even in the absence of express statement, yung obligation to promote, part and parcel na dapat i-promote mo yon for the success of the movie.”

DEMAND LETTER
As I’ve said earlier, mag-send muna tayo ng demand letter.
“All of those acts of the producer getting in touch with them, ginawa yan, e, but no response was given.
I have all the documents proving that they indeed were fully paid.”
Atienza: “They need to comply with my demand to rectify their failures.
"Since the movie date is August 13, siguro it’s not too late for them to promote the movie, which is part of the obligation of the main actors.
“Tomorrow, August 8, I will be sending them a letter, giving them five days to comply with the terms and condition of the contract.
"If ever they will fail, that’s the time I will be filing a case in court.
“[We have a very strong case] because the contract is the law between the parties and whatever terms and condition, dapat i-comply nila.
"Otherwise, there is breach of the contract and the company, my client, is open for communication.”
