Naglabas ng arrest warrant para kay Anne Jakrajutatip ang Phra Nakhon Tai District Court ng Thailand ngayong Martes, Nobyembre 25, 2025.
Si Anne ang kontrobersiyal na Thai transgender billionaire na dating may-ari ng Miss Universe Organization.
May kaugnayan ang arrest warrant sa hindi pagsipot ni Anne sa korte para sa pagbabasa ng hatol sa kanya na may kinalaman sa fraud case na kinasasangkutan niya at isinampa ng isang Rawiwut Maschamadol.

Nakasaad sa ulat ng daily newspaper na Thairath: “On November 25, 2025, at the Phra Nakhom Tai District Court, the court scheduled a hearing for the verdict in Case No.A1440/2023, filed by Mr. Rawiwut Maschamadol, the plaintiff, against JKN Global Group Public Company Limited and Mr. Jakkraphong Jakrajutatip (Anne), the first and second defendants, for joint fraud.
“The plaintiff alleged that between July 24, 2023, and August 8, 2023, the defendants jointly deceived, presented false statements, and concealed facts that should have been disclosed to the plaintiff by inducing the plaintiff to invest in bonds of the first defendant’s company.
“The second defendant was fully aware that the two defendants would not be able to repay the plaintiff on the stated date and time due to the first defendant’s financial burden and inability to repay the debt.
“Through the fraud, the two defendants obtained assets from the plaintiff in the amount of 30,000,000 baht, causing damages to the plaintiff.”

ANNE JAKRAJUTATIP ALLEGEDLY FLED TO MEXICO
Hindi pa naglalabas ng pahayag si Anne tungkol sa arrest warrant para sa kanya.
Pero ayon sa ulat ng Thaiger, isang pahayagan sa Thailand, umalis na umano siya ng bansa at nagpunta sa Mexico.
Inakusahan ng political activist na si Sondhi Limthongkul si Anne ng pagtakas patungo sa Mexico, dala ang six billion baht na kinuha niya umano mula sa retail investors.
Kabilang sa mga paratang ni Sondhi ang pagkakaroon umano ni Anne ng Mexican citizenship, sa tulong ni Miss Universe Organization President Raul Rocha, kapalit ang pamumuhay niya ng marangya sa Mexico.
Ang isyu tungkol sa diumano’y pagtalilis ni Anne sa Mexico ang lalong nagpalakas sa mga hinalang sinadyang papanalunin si Fatima Bosch ng Mexico sa Miss Universe 2025 na idinaos noong Nobyembre 21.
Ito ay dahil sa kaugnayan at pagkakaibigan ng Thai transgender billionaire kay Rocha na isang Mexicano.

Idinagdag pa ni Sondhi na maaaring hindi na bumalik sa Thailand si Anne dahil sa mga kasong kinakaharap nito at ng kanyang kompanya.
Hindi namataan si Anne sa lahat ng 74th Miss Universe activities.
Mula noong Oktubre 29, 2025, hindi na aktibo ang kanyang social media accounts kaya lumakas ang hinalang may katotohanan ang mga bintang ni Sondhi.
