"She's going to be the Miss Universe who spent a whole year in an apartment because of the cost of the visa process with lawyers.
"Some of them require six months notice. The year's already gone, right?
“The Miss Universe titleholder is the one who travels the most and has the most contact with people in the world.
"If they require a visa in 175 countries, it's kind of difficult, no?" kontrobersyal na paliwanag ni Rocha sa wikang Espanyol na isinalin sa Ingles.

FATIMA BOSCH ON VISA ISSUE
Tanong ni Carlos: "What would you have to say to those girls who perhaps do not have the privilege of having a visa like yours?"
Sagot ni Fatima: “The reality is that I don't know the rules in depth of what the organization sought this year, what things they take into account or not. We don't know that part.
“But what would you say to them? That everyone should have the same chances to win obviously regardless of their passport.
“But as an organization, you have to understand that it is a company and it is a job, so they have to look for someone to facilitate the work.
"If you have to travel the world, it's obvious that they need someone who can travel easily."

DAYANARA TORRES REACTS TO FATIMA BOSCH'S STATEMENT
“Do you agree with her answer?” tanong ni Enrique kay Dayanara.
"Of course not," napailing at napangiwing reaksiyon ng dating Miss Universe, na matagal na nanirahan sa Pilipinas kaya napamahal siya sa mga Pilipino.

Dagdag pa ni Dayanara: "It was going well until she mentioned the visa as if she agrees with it.
"How can it be like that? At least in other years, this is not the case.
“They all go, they all participate, they all have the same opportunity to win.
"If so, then don't send girls who are going to have visa problems. That's not fair.
"That answer is not right. I don't think so.”
