Ang award-winning American actress at Basic Instinct star na si Sharon Stone, 67, ang tumanggap ng parangal na Timeless Award sa 9th Astra Film Awards ng Hollywood Creative Alliance.
Ginanap ang event noong Enero 9, 2026, sa Sofitel Beverly Hills Hotel, Los Angeles, California.
May aral na matutunan mula sa suwabeng pagtataray ni Sharon sa kanyang acceptance speech ang mga beteranong aktor sa Pilipinas na madalas na nagrereklamo ng pambabastos dahil sa kawalan ng respeto sa kanila ng mga baguhang artista.
Nang umakyat si Stone sa enablado para tanggapin ang parangal, ikinuwento agad niya ang insidente na nangyari sa mesa na kanyang kinalalagyan.
"The kids at my table who wondered, 'Who the f*** is at that chair?" saad muna ni Sharon.
Sinundan niya ito ng "Now you know."
Kinuwestiyon daw kasi ang presensiya niya sa kinauupuan niya.
"Yes someone came over and said, 'Who are you and why are you sitting here?'" ang dagdag na kuwento ni Stone.
Sa puntong ito, inulit niya ang linya niya sa isang pelikula na ipinakita sa AVP nang ipakilala siya bilang Timeless Award recipient. “

Pinalakpakan si Stone ng mga bisita dahil sa bad-ass attitude na ipinamalas niya sa bata na hindi nagpakita sa kanya ng paggalang.
Pero kinuha rin niya iyong oportunidad para bigyan ng magandang aral ang mga batang artista sa audience.
"But more importantly and more to the point, I’d like to say welcome to you.
"And I’d like to say this is an opportunity that I like to say because I started my activism work when fame kicked in.
"And I like to give you an opportunity to start your activism work now that your consciousness has kicked in because fame without awareness, success withour purpose is pointless,” ang pagpapatuloy ng talumpati ni Stone.

"It is when you make more money than your crew and you realize that you should not be eating off the craft service table because you are not carrying cable. You are not hauling electric. You are not dragging shit through the rain and snow.
"What you should be doing is be putting better food on that craft service table because you make more money."
ON STAYING HUMBLE

"Clark Cable didn’t come from Park Avenue. Humphrey Bogart, Lana Turner, whoever old movies you watch on black and white television, wherever the f**k you actually came from, okay?
"Those people didn’t arrived in the $30,000 gown. They didn’t. They have dreams just like yours and remember, so does every person dragging cable.
"Everyone on those teamsters, they’re working for you.Clean up your trailer, hang up your clothes, put your fucking trash out at the end of the day and on your day off, go to the hospital.
"Do something decent, be decent. You know why you like Taylor Swift? Because she’s decent. Be decent. That is what it means to be timeless. Be a decent person,” ang bahagi ng powerful acceptance speech ni Stone.
