Hindi lamang isa kundi dalawang babae ang nagsampa ng reklamo laban sa dating GMA News reporter na Nico Waje.
Bukod sa GMA News reporter at former beauty queen na si Athena Imperial-Rodriguez, naghain din ng reklamo laban kay Nico ang isang dating GMA News female employee sa Office of the City Prosecutor ng Quezon City ngayong Miyerkules, Mayo 13, 2026.
Acts of lasciviousness at Violation of Republic Act 11313 or Safe Spaces Act ang reklamong isinampa ni Athena at ng former GMA News employee laban kay Nico.
Kasama ni Athena at ng dating GMA News employee na nagtungo sa Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office ang legal counsel nilang si Atty. Aloi Renz Santos ng APS Law.
Sinamahan din si Athena ng kanyang mister na si John Ben Rodriguez, na buong-buo ang suporta sa kanya.
Sa loob ng Office of the City Prosecutor, kapansin-pansin ang madalas na pagyakap sa isa't isa ni Athena at ng dating GMA News employee na tila pahiwatig ng pagkakaisa nila.
Hindi pa raw handang lumantad sa publiko ang former GMA News employee na hindi nagpabanggit ng kanyang pangalan.
Pero nangyari umano ang malungkot na karanasan ng 28-year-old complainant sa edad na 22 noong 2019.
Pareho umano ang "pattern" ng naging karanasan nila ni Athena.

ANOTHER COMPLAINT VS NICO WAJE
Sa eksklusibong panayam ng Cabinet Files kay Atty. Aloi Renz Santos, kinumpirma niya ang pagsasampa ng reklamo ni Athena at ng former GMA News employee laban kay Nico.
Saad niya: “Our firm confirms that our client, Athena Imperial-Rodriguez, already filed a case before the City Prosecutor of Quezon City against her former colleague.
“So now that it has been filed, we will now allow the legal procedure to takes its course.
“Athena comes forward not only for herself but also to be an advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves because she believes, our firm believes, that this incidents of such nature should not be tolerated, should not be ignored and should not be minimized in any workplace, in any industry, in any profession."
Binanggit din ni Santos na nagsampa ng hiwalay na reklamo ang isang hindi niya pinangalanang indibidwal.
“And we also take note that there’s another complaint by a different individual against the same person.
"So we respect the legal procedure, we respect all the rights of the parties.
"But at the same time, our firm and my client is firm that we will do our best and all the remedies under the law to make sure that justice is served."
Bilang respeto sa privacy ng tinutukoy niyang kliyente, hindi muna raw nila isiswalat ang mga impormasyon tungkol dito.
Ani Atty. Santos: “As I mentioned earlier, there is another complaint filed by a different individual involving the same person or the same respondent.
"But out of respect for her privacy, we will not disclose this information yet to the public."
At press time, wala pang pahayag ang kampo ni Nico Waje kaugnay ng mga reklamong isinampa laban sa kanya ni Athena Imperial at ng dating GMA News employee.
Nananatiling bukas ang PEP sa anumang pahayag ng mga personalidad na nabanggit sa artikulong ito.
