Si Santos ang legal counsel ng former GMA employee pati na rin ng GMA News reporter na si Athena Imperial-Rodriguez.
Si Nico ay dating GMA News Integrated reporter.
Magkasabay sina Athena at di pinangalanang complaintant na nagsampa ng mga reklamong acts of lasciviousness sa ilalim ng Revised Penal Code Article 336 at gender-based sexual harassment sa ilalim ng Republic Act No.11313.
Inihain nila ito sa Office of the City Prosecutor ng Quezon City noong Miyerkules, Mayo 13, 2026,
Pahayag ni Atty. Santos: "APS Law confirms that it has been engaged to represent another woman who separately filed a case involving allegations against her former colleague, alongside the matter involving Ms. Athena Imperial-Rodriguez.
"We respectfully ask the public to respect the identity and privacy of the complainant.
"Incidents of this nature are deeply personal and traumatic, and no complainant should be compelled to relive the experience through unnecessary public exposure or speculation."
FORMER GMA EMPLOYEE MUSTERS COURAGE TO SPEAK UP
Kinumpirma rin ng abogado na nagkaroon ng lakas ng loob ang former GMA employee nang lumantad si Athena tungkol sa reklamo nito laban kay Nico.
"Our client decided to pursue legal action after learning that another woman had likewise come forward with allegation bearing material similarities in circumstance and conduct.
"The realization gave her the strength to speak, not only for herself, but for other women who may have experienced the same fear and silence.
"APS Law sees our client as a woman of courage who chose to answer her rights through lawful process."
Siniguro rin ni Atty. Santos na susundin ng kampo nila ang due process.
"APS Law remains guided by due process, legal ethics, and respect for the rights of all parties.
"We will not litigate this matter through publicity but we firmly stand against victim-blaming intimidation and the culture of silence that often prevents women from speaking out."

Hindi lamang si Santos ang naglabas ng pahayag at paliwanag tungkol sa mga reklamo na isinampa ng kanyang mga kliyente,
Nagdeklara ng suporta kay Athena ang Gabriela Women’s Party sa pamamagitan ni Representative Sarah Elago.
Nakasaad sa pahayag ng Gabriela Women’s Party: "Nakikiisa kami kay Athena Imperial at sa lahat ng kababaihang may tapang na magsalita laban sa sexual harassment at pang-aabuso.
"Hindi madaling magsampa ng reklamo at humarap sa publiko, lalo na sa gitna ng kultura ng victim-blaming sa ating lipunan.
"Dapat itong magsilbing paalala sa lahat ng institusyon na palakasin ang mga polisiya at mekanismo laban sa iba't ibang porma ng sexual harassment, at tiyaking may ligtas at maaasahang proseso para sa mga biktima.
"Kasabay nito, nananawagan kami ng maayos na pag-usad ng kaso.
"Ang hustisya para sa mga biktima ay mahalagang hakbang tungo sa tunay na pananagutan at ligtas na lipunan para sa kababaihan."
