Nakasaad dito: “The De La Salle University Green Archer Men’s Basketball Team extends its deepest condolences and prayers to the Ateneo de Manila University community, the Blue Eagles, and most especially the loved ones of Rene Clert Baterbonia and Divine Adili.

“Among student-athletes, there exists a profound bond of camaraderie. We feel this deeply at this time.

"Together with the UAAP and the rest of our sporting community, we mourn the tragic loss of Rene Clert and Divine.

"May God bring comfort and strength to the Baterbonia and Adili families.

FORMER PBA PLAYERS REACT TO BATERBONIA AND ADILI DEATH

“It is heartbreaking to see two young athletes, whose lives were defined by hard work, discipline, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence, taken far too soon.

“Their futures held so much promise, making this tragedy all the more painful for their families, friends, teammates, coaches, and everyone whose lives they touched.

“My heart goes out to their loved ones during this difficult time. We offer our deepest condolences and prayers for the eternal repose of Rene and Divine, and for the strength, peace, and healing of those they leave behind.

“As a former student athlete and UAAP coach, this loss strikes particularly close to home. Our office will extend whatever assistance may be needed by those affected in this tragic incident,” bahagi ng mensahe at pakikiramay ni Pumaren para sa naulilang pamilya ng mga student athlete.
