Tumanggi ang Kapuso actress na si Lexi Gonzales na sabihin ang dahilan ng paghihiwalay nila ng kanyang ex-boyfriend na si Gil Cuerva noong Nobyembre 2025.
“I don’t want anymore for his peace also,” sagot ni Lexi nang tanungin ni Boy Abunda sa Fast Talk With Boy Abunda nitong Martes ng hapon, Hunyo 30, 2026.
Kahit hiwalay na sila, ipinagtanggol ni Lexi si Gil sa kinasasangkutan nitong video scandal noong huling linggo ng Pebrero 2026.
Social media post ng aktres noong Marso 1: “Regardless of what happened between us, people shouldn’t be trying to ruin a person’s integrity by spreading malicious and illegal content about them.
"Mahiya naman kayo. You guys should have some DIGNITY & RESPECT.
"Kadiri kayo. Repulsive.
"You wouldn’t know what that means kasi nothing disgusts you.
"Spreading false information and manipulated content of someone is punishable by law.
"Disgusting how some people are like flies who flock on other people’s dirty laundry.You guys are absolute scum of the Earth.”

LEXI GONZALES ON DEFENDING EX-BOYFRIEND GIL CUERVA
Sa pakikipag-usap niya kay Boy, inilahad ni Lexi na ipinagtanggol niya si Gil dahil sa kanilang mga pinagsamahan.
Saad niya: “Yung pinagsamahan namin. He was a great guy and I know him as a great guy.
“Ayoko lang na dyina-judge siya just because of one particular thing."
Nagpasalamat naman daw si Gil dahil sa depensang ginawa sa kanya ng dating karelasyon.
"He thanked me," sabi ni Lexi.
"He didn’t have to but he still did, even though siyempre ang bigat din nung pinagdadaanan niya.
“I would say we’re friends. We are friends. We are okay.”
Ano ang mga aral na natutunan niya mula sa pakikipagrelasyon kay Gil?
Sagot ni Lexi, “When you love somebody, don’t make one person your world because there’s so much out there to experience.”
Nagbigay rin siya ng mensahe para sa dating kasintahan: “Keep on going. I know you’re doing well.”
