Naglabas ng opisyal na pahayag ang Phenom Sports Management kaugnay ng kumakalat na private video na iniuugnay sa isa sa kanilang sports talents.

Bagamat hindi pinangalanan ng management ang personalidad, iginiit nitong ang naturang video ay hindi tunay at pinaniniwalaang AI-generated o digitally manipulated.

“Based on the information presently available to us, the video appears to be AI-generated or digitally manipulated."

Dahil sa insidente, sinabi ng Phenom Sports Management na dudulog sila sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) upang matukoy ang mga nasa likod ng paggawa at pagpapakalat ng video.

Pahayag nila: “We shall refer this matter to the National Bureau of Investigation [NBI] for a comprehensive investigation to identify the individuals responsible for its creation, dissemination, and continued circulation.

“We will respect and fully cooperate with the investigative process and allow the authorities to determine the facts."

WARNING TO THE PUBLIC

Nagpaalala rin ang management na may kaakibat na pananagutan ang sinumang lilikha, magbabahagi, o magpapakalat ng fabricated digital content.

Anila: “We likewise remind the public that creating, sharing, reposting, or encouraging the spread of fabricated and malicious digital content may expose individuals to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine laws."

Kasabay nito, nanawagan silang pairalin ang responsableng paggamit ng social media habang hinihintay ang resulta ng imbestigasyon.

“We respectfully appeal to everyone to refrain from sharing the video or engaging in speculation.

“We encourage the public to rely only on verified information released through official channels while the investigation is ongoing."

LEGAL ACTION, SUPPORT FOR TALENT

Tiniyak din ng Phenom Sports Management na patuloy nitong poprotektahan ang kapakanan ng kanilang talent at hindi mag-aatubiling magsampa ng kaukulang kaso laban sa mga responsable.
