"Dramedy Queen" ang titulong ibinigay ng Viva Films kay Kim Molina-Napoles dahil sa tagumpay ng kanyang drama-comedy movie project.
May karapatan si Kim na kilalanin bilang "Dramedy Queen."
Bukod sa box-office success ng kanyang mga pelikula at husay sa drama at pagpapatawa, dalawa sa mga proyekto nila ng asawa niyang si Jerald Napoles ang kasalukuyang kasama sa listahan ng Top 10 Movies sa Netflix Philippines.
No. 1 ang Wonderful Nightmare, at No. 8 naman ang Un-ex You.
KIM MOLINA ON WONDERFUL NIGHTMARE'S SUCCESS ON NETFLIX
Sa panayam ng Cabinet Files kay Kim ngayong Huwebes ng gabi, Hulyo 16, 2026, nagpahayag siya ng pagkabigla.
Hindi raw niya inaasahang tatangkilikin nang husto sa Netflix ang Wonderful Nightmare.
Unang napanood sa mga sinehan ang Wondeful Nightmare noong Abril 2026.

KIM MOLINA ON "DRAMEDY QUEEN" TITLE
Nagpapasalamat naman si Kim sa "Dramedy Queen" title na ibinigay sa kanya ng home studio niya.
Pinasasalamatan din ni Kim ang lahat ng mga pumupuri sa mahusay na pagganap niya sa Wonderful Nightmare.
“As for the title Dramedy Queen, sobrang nakaka-flatter at nakaka-humble po.
"I’m very thankful to Viva and to everyone who appreciates that side of my work.
“Looking back, many of the projects I’ve been blessed to do start with comedy and eventually lead audiences into more emotional and dramatic moments.
"In many ways, Wonderful Nightmare really allowed me to do both.
“It gave me the chance to make people laugh, but also to portray a character whose journey carried so much heart and emotion.
“Both comedy and drama challenge an actor in different ways, and I feel grateful that audiences have gradually embraced me in both."
Malaking tulong daw kay Kim ang background niya sa teatro para maitawid ang mga madrama at nakakatawang eksena.
Aniya: “If there’s one thing I credit for helping me in those moments, it would be my background in theater.
“Theater taught me discipline, preparation, and the importance of truly understanding a character before stepping on stage or in front of the camera.
“It helped shape my approach as an actress and continues to guide me in every role I take on.
“I still see myself as a student of the craft, continuously learning and growing with every project.
"If audiences are able to laugh with my characters, cry with them, and connect with their journeys, then that is already the biggest reward for me."
Natatawang sinabi ni Kim sa Cabinet Files na hindi siya gumamit ng ChatGPT para sa kanyang straight English na pahayag.
“Nag-essay na naman ako for you. Hindi yan ChatGPTah. Piniga ko brains ko for you today,” paglilinaw ni Kim sa amin.
Trivia: February 25, 2026 ang original cinema playdate ng Wonderful Nightmare,.
Pero nagpasya ang Viva Films na ipalabas sa mga sinehan ang pelikula nina Kim at Jerald noong Abril 4, 2026 dahil Marso 1, 2026 ang petsa ng pag-iisang dibdib nila.
Parehong si RC delos Reyes ang direktor ng Wonderful Nightmare at ng Un-ex , Youna nagbukas naman sa mga sinehan noong Abril 9, 2025.
Karagdagang sorpresa para kay Kim dahil parehong Abril sa magkasunod na taon ang theatrical release ng mga nabanggit na pelikula.
“Nagma-marathon daw po kasi mga tao after watching Wonderful Nightmare. Nakakatuwa pong na-appreciate nila ang movies natin.
“Sakto rin na si Direk RC din ang director ng Un-ex You kaya tatlo kaming gulat na naman,” pagtukoy ni Kim sa kanila nina Jerald at Direk RC.
