Nakasaad sa kanyang post: "In loving memory of our beloved husband and father.

"After struggling with dementia over the past few years, he passed away this morning, October 31 2026.

“While the last few years have been difficult, we hope that those who knew and loved him will remember him for the person he was, keep his spirited tales alive and cherish their happiest memories of him.

“With all our love, Cynthia, Vanessa, Solenn, and Erwan.”

LOUIS HEUSSAFF'S BATTLE WITH DEMENTIA

Saad ni Solenn: “I mean, he's alive, but he's just not the same.

“So, now that I look back, we diagnosed him three years ago. He was acting very strange.

"But now that we know, and that there's a person reading up about the disease, I see it in, like, the last 10, 15 years—slow changes of personality.

“There's paranoia, there's fear, extreme happiness, there's depression.

“Parang tanda lang yan or like moody… But it's really, I see the progression.

“And then, since we diagnosed him, parang walang—parang hindi na siya normal.”

“So I live a bit far from them. But every—maybe twice a week—I'm in the house."

“Like, that's one thing that my mom really instilled in us—every Sunday, me, my brother, and Nico, we all go for lunch at my mom's and my dad's.”
