Tumatanggap na si Priscilla Meirelles ng mga manliligaw ngayong divorced na sila ng dating asawa na si John Estrada.

THE "GOOD AND" THINGS ABOUT HER MARRIAGE TO JOHN ESTRADA
Ikinasal sina Priscilla at John sa Thunderbird Poro Point sa La Union noong Pebrero 26, 2011.
Tumagal ng labing-apat na taon ang pagsasama nina Priscilla at John bilang mag-asawa.
Nagbunga ng isang anak na babae, si Anechka, 14, ang kanilang pagsasama.
Tinanong ni Boy Abunda si Priscilla kung ano ang mga natatandaan niya sa 14 taong pagsasama nila ni John, the good and the bad?
Sagot niya: “Let’s start with the good. Let’s be positive.
“I have a beautiful daughter. Oh my gosh, she is literally like, not only the cherry on top, but she is actually the whole fondant of the cake.
"She’s the life of the party. That’s definitely the best.
“I did have a wonderful wedding. My wedding was televised, it’s a wonderful party.
"Everybody felt, during the time, that was very holy. That God’s presence was there.
“We were celebrating love and we did have a love that we shared."

Pero sabi rin ni Priscilla: “It just really happened that our beliefs, our values are not aligned, and I do believe, as John says all the time, that he loves me...
“But I don’t believe that we are on the same page in the sense that what I look forward is really for a partner that respects me, loves me, and treats me equal, and wants to build something with me.
"I don't wanna be just on the side, the side car, just like an expectator in someone else's life.
"So I felt I was not being part or included."
PRISICLLA MEIRELLES ADMITS TO BLAMING HERSELF
Hindi itinanggi ni Priscilla ang mga pagkakataong sinisi niya ang sarili dahil sa kinahinatnan ng pagsasama nila ni John.
Aniya: “Oh, yeah, I did, because at the end of the day, people will do to you what you allow them to do to you.
“So, na-allow ko lahat ng nangyari because I could have walked away, one year of marriage… two years, three years.
"Oh my God, I had so many chances to walk away.
“I did kind of walk away or kick him out of the house but, at the end of the day, bumalik pa rin ako because I still wanted to believe that there is hope...
“I didn’t want to feel that I didn’t fight enough or I’m just someone that quits from the first sign of trouble, because I’m not.
"When I made a vow to marry John... I really take my vows very seriously."
Dagdag niya: "In my mind, maybe it's just a stage. It's part of marriage.
"I didn't know any better. I have never been married before.
"And I knew there's cultural differences, which plays a huge part.
"So I knew there was a language barreir that's why I learned Tagalog.
"You know, I try to really, like, Filipinize myself so that I could understand the culture, the person I married to, and help him also to understand also my side."
Sa isang panayam kay John, sinabi nito na si Priscilla ang "best mother, woman" na kanyang nakilala at handa siyang muling pakasalan ang asawa niya.
Reaksiyon dito ni Priscilla: "Oh, sad. It’s sad for someone to acknowledge that, to realize that after they lost the person.
“It’s a very sad place to be. I was sad because of the marriage, the family that was dissolved.
"I was sad because no it’s too late. And I was sad that we’re not on the same page because for me, you know, there is no hope.”

PRISCILLA MAIRELLES ON HAVING A COMPLETE FAMILY
Sinagot din ni Priscilla ang tanong tungkol sa kagustuhan niyang magkaroon ng isang buong pamilya para sa nag-iisang anak nila ni John na si Anechka.
Saad ng Miss Earth 2004 titleholder: “Wala akong buong pamilya nang lumalaki [ako] so I wanted to give my daughter a whole family, that something I did not have.
"That’s where I am coming from, and ginagawa ko hanggang thirteen years old siya.
"So when I came to an agreement to myself that, 'Okay, I’ve done my best, she was able to experience what I haven’t, now I just need to make the best of this situation.'"
Dagdag pa ni Priscilla: “At the end of the day, we both love her, regardless of how he [John] feel and what he believes.
"He may think I did wrong by doing what I did, in the sense that I freed myself from a situation that I was not happy, that I didn’t see a future.
“At the end of the day, I did that also for my daughter because babae yung anak ko. I need to be a good example to her.”
Ano ang reaksiyon ni Anechka tungkol sa pasya ni Priscilla na maghain ng diborsyo sa Brazil para mapawalang-bisa ang kanilang kasal ni John?
"She said, 'Mommy, you know, it doesn’t really matter like if you stay with Diddy [tawag ni Anechka kay John] or if you guys separate.
“'What matters to me is that you are happy ‘coz what’s important to me is to see you happy.
“'So if you think that’s the best decision, I trust you.'”
Saad pa ng beauty queen: “So, that’s what she told me. And I explained to her, yeah, I think that’s the best for me.”
