Customers can appeal for more time to settle their unpaid bills, says MERALCO.
As Metro Manila and surrounding areas shift to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) with heightened restrictions, MERALCO's disconnection activities has also resumed.
But the Facebook page of the country's largest power distributor announced, "Kung hirap makabayad nang buo, kausapin lang po kami para makagawa tayo ng mas magaan na plano at para iwasan ang standard disconnection procedures. Magiging mapagmalasakit kami sa ating sitwasyon ngayon."
