Inilunsad noong December 1, 2022 ang online registration platform na etravel.gov.ph para sa mga biyaherong papunta sa Pilipinas, kabilang ang mga nagbabalik na Filipino residents.
Layunin nitong mapadali ang entry procedures at data collection processes.
Ang Health Declaration Checklist ng Department of Health at ng Bureau of Quarantine (DOH-BOQ) ay maaari nang ma-access sa etravel.gov.ph simula December 2.
Ang mga mag-a-access sa lumang platform na www.onehealthpass.com.ph ay ididirekta sa bagong eTravel domain. At simula December 5 ay hindi na ito maa-access.
Ayon sa inilabas na advisory ng DOH-BOQ, “The eTravel platform will host the electronic version of the paper Arrival Card that travelers must submit upon arrival in the Philippines for immigration clearance.
“Starting 05 December 2022, the Bureau of Immigration will discontinue using the paper Arrival Card.”
Dagdag pa sa anunsiyo, “All travelers will be required to provide their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal.”
Ang eTravel platform ay inisyatiba ng Department of Information and Communications Technology katuwang ang DOH, BOQ, Bureau of Immigration, Bureau of Customs, Department of Tourism, Department of Justice, at Department of Transportation.
Nagbabala naman ang pamahalaan laban sa illegal sites at mga grupong manghihingi ng bayad, at ipinaalalang libre lang ang registration sa eTravel platform.
