Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA), magdaraos ang Civil Service Commission (CSC) ng nationwide job fair sa September 2-6, 2024.
Ang 2024 Government Job Fair ay isang onsite event kung saan puwedeng mag-submit ang mga indibidwal ng application sa mga bakanteng posisyon sa iba't ibang ahensiya ng gobyerno.
Ayon kay CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles sa inilabas na pahayag noong August 17, “The PCSA is a celebration not only of the CSC but also of all the government agencies and the 1.9 million civil servants across the nation.
“Through the 2024 Government Job Fair, we are opening doors to a new batch of dedicated individuals who are eager to serve the public, ensuring that we continue to attract passionate talent committed to making a positive impact in our communities and upholding the values of good governance.”

WHERE ARE THE LOCATIONS FOR JOB FAIR?
Katuwang ang 16 CSC regional offices, ang 2024 Government Job Fair ay lalahukan ng national government agencies, local government units, state and local universities and colleges, at maging ng mga government-owned and -controlled corporations.
Idaraos ito sa iba’t ibang malls and civic centers sa bawat rehiyon sa bansa para mas mapalaganap ang access ng mga aplikante sa local employment at mapabilis ang pagpupuno sa mga bakanteng posisyon sa gobyerno.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Hinihikayat ng CSC ang lahat ng interesado at kuwalipikadong aplikante—kabilang ang Persons With Disability (PWDs) at mga miyembro ng indigenous communities anuman ang sexual orientation at gender identities—na magsumite ng aplikasyon.
Bukod naman sa karaniwang requirements, gaya ng birth certificate, government identification cards, transcript of records, barangay and police clearance, employment certificate, kailangan ding pasado sa civil service examination ang aplikante para sa regular position sa gobyerno.

Pahayag pa ni Nograles, “This year’s job fair will take place during the first week of the PCSA celebration dubbed as Linggo ng Lingkod Bayani, highlighting the vital contributions of an effective civil service to national development.
“We eagerly anticipate the participation of government offices and the public as we work together to strengthen our civil service.”
