DOLE LAYS OUT OPTIONS FOR FLEXI WORK SETUP

Binanggit ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ang mga options para sa private companies.

Nariyan ang rotation, hybrid set-up, at work-from-home arrangement.

“The other option ay 8-5 pa rin yung trabaho nila Monday to Thursday, halimbawa, and then yung Friday, hybrid naman.”

May reaksiyon naman ang Employers’ Confederation of the Philippines o ECOP.
