Sabi ni Sandy, tumatanggi muna si Boyet sa mga gusto siyang makapanayam dahil hindi pa tamang panahon na magsalita.
Ang text message ni Sandy sa PEP Troika, hindi pa appropriate na magpa-interview ang kanyang asawa dahil marami pa ang badly affected, lalo na ang ating mga frontliners.
Bahagi ng kanyang text, "May mga friends din kami not from showbiz at distant relative na tinamaan ng COVID-19. Three have died.
"Out of respect for those who have gone before us and those still suffering.
"What’s happening now is very heartbreaking. We pray everyday for the whole world and every single person, even those we don’t personally know who are affected by this virus.
"We fervently pray that this pandemic will end soon. We try to help in any small way we can through volunteers and NGOs. That’s the best thing that we can do now.
"Stay well and stay safe. God be with us all!"

I share Sandy’s sentiments. We really have to be mindful and sensitive sa mga gagawin natin ngayon—lalo na sa mga susunod na araw na unti-unti, mararamdaman ng mga tao na hindi na biro ang ma-quarantine nang matagal.
Sabi ng ibang psychologists, kailangan nang paghandaan ang mental health cases na puwedeng dumami dahil sa sitwasyon ngayon.
Si Lucy Torres-Gomez ang ka-text ko ngayon na naka-quarantine din. Nakaka-touch ang message niya ng pangungumusta: “Love you Noel. Please stay safe. And vulnerable. And soft. Life now is hard enough out there. The world is almost as cruel as the virus. But we, we imperfect mortals must keep the love going.
"Please keep me posted okay. And when the world heals and is ready for mankind again, let us all surface from our batcaves, dance under the sun, and love each other as we hold hands and give each other tight hugs.”
