NOEL FERRER
Nagpaunlak sa isang no-holds-barred interview na may kasamang kantahan, reminiscing, at dasal para sa hinaharap ang special LEVEL UP session ko with Gary and Angeli Pangilinan-Valenciano sa Radyo Katipunan 87.9 FM.
Sa I LOVE TO segment, may fill in the blanks doon na “I’D LOVE TO TALK TO…” kunsaan mine-mention ng guests ang mga taong they would love to talk to na sana tangible at puwede pang mangyari.
Nagulat na lang kami sa sagot ni Angeli na inayunan ni Gary V pagkatapos niya sabihing, “I would love to talk to President Duterte.”
“Talaga? Fierce ka talaga,” fearless na sabi ko.
At nagpaliwanag si Angeli, “I’ll never forget, because my grandma was from Davao. Mayor Duterte then went to see me and Gary to thank us because we went to the Davao Children’s Jail.”
Inilarawan pa ni Gary yung nakasayaw niyang nawawalang bata na nakunan ng media at naging tulay iyon para makitang muli ng kanyang ina.
Pagpapatuloy ni Angeli, “Mayor Duterte told me then, ‘You know that your brother [referring to Kiko Pangilinan] is my good friend and you have a very good man for a brother.’
“So when all these things happened, it really just broke my heart because I became his fan.”
Dito na tumulo ang luha ni Angeli, “Whatever mistakes he has done, and I know he’s made a lot. I’ll never forget how he said my brother was a good man, and I know that deep inside I know he knows that.
“So that’s what I want to talk to him about and I wanna ask him, 'What made you change your opinion?'”
“I know a lot of things said about him and all, but what does God tell me? ‘Gary, just pray for him.'
"If God even chooses any of us to get to talk to him not to convert him...I'm open to do that."
Pagkaklaro pa ni Gary, "This has nothing to do with any color, this has something to do with the leading of the Holy Spirit..."
Dugtong ni Angeli, “He probably doesn’t know this, but I pray for him almost everyday because he is my president even if I don’t like some of the things he says and does.
“Since he is the ordained president, it’s our responsibility not to hate him but to pray for him.”

Aniya, “As Filipinos. we’ve all gone through so much, it’s good for us now to look into the future, with your principles, voting for someone who believes in those principles.
“Does it mean it will change overnight? It won’t, but it’s a start! It’s like planting good seeds on good soil and bear fruit in years to come.
“Look at the positive influence of your good principles and see if this person is actually gonna play a role in influencing others or further deepen what we have so conscious about—which is PRINSIPYO!
“And by doing so, you wouldn’t have only done a good choice but also have peace in your heart.”
JERRY OLEA
At ang sabi pa ni Angeli, “This is a very pivotal time in our lives as a country’s history. We’ve gone through a lot as Filipinos already.
“And if you are given that kind of influence, one day you will have to account to the Lord for every fan that you let gone astray because you’ve endorsed someone for the money.
“You have to believe with conviction on the people you will fight for. When Kiko came out in Rappler, I’m shocked with the trolls, but I can say that my brother is a good man, a lawyer, he’s into public service at hindi siya corrupt…”
Sa tingin ba ninyo, mananaig si Kiko kina Sara Duterte at Tito Sotto?
Ang sabi nga… Vox Populi, Vox Dei. The voice of the people is the voice of God.”
