“I have the freedom. I do have the freedom to do it if I want to,” nakangiting sabi ni Jake sa excerpt night ng DickTalk noong Pebrero 21, Martes, sa Dengcar Theater ng Mowelfund, Ilang-ilang St., Quezon City.
“So, tingnan natin. We’ll see what we feel. Tingnan natin kung anong maramdaman natin on the day.
“But siyempre, like for me lang, ahhm the main reason why I do go back to theater is not because I want to do a skin show, or do a peep show.
“What I wanna showcase is, di ba, how I do theater. Iba ako sa teatro, iba ako sa pelikula, at iba ako sa TV. That’s my main purpose for being here talaga.
“So we’ll see, di ba? Like for me, ahhhmm like I said, parang that’s what I love about theater. It’s dangerous, you don’t know what’s gonna happen pag andun na kami.
“And I’m in control. And I can do whatever I want. So the audience, di ba? If I feel like the audience wants it, then I might give it.”

Sa pagkakaalam ni Direk Phil Noble, walang restrictions sa teatro ng RCBC kaugnay sa nudity.
Pahayag ni Direk Phil, “Wala, wala naman. Kahit saang teatro, e, kahit sa CCP.”
Singit ni Jake, “Lilipat kami sa UP Theater kung kailangan!”
Natawa si Direk Phil bago nagpatuloy, “Walang restrictions. Ano naman yun, napapag-usapan. Yun lagi ang napapag-usapan namin ni Jake — the trajectory of the ending is like this.
“And it’s up to him as an actor. Ahhmm pero sa script namin, nakalagay, ganun, may frontal nudity. Ahhmm abangan na lang. Sabi naman niya, it depends…”
Pagdidiin pa ni Jake, “Sa akin, it depends also with the audience. If I feel like the audience wants it, if I feel like the anticipation is there and it’s what the audience wants and this is the cherry on top of a good performance, then yes.
“Certainly I will not take that away from the audience, di ba?”

Seryosong lahad ni Jake, “Dun ako nagpapasalamat kay Direk Phil. Kasi certainly alam niya yung mga ganun e. Yung mga posibilidad na ganun ang mangyari.
“Di ba, if it’s not a very satisfying experience to go full monty in a theater na walang tao, di ba? So you have to feel it out.
“It’s still a performance you know at the end of the day. So, dadamahin ko na lang siya from the connection that I built with an audience.”
Ang DickTalk ay inspired ng episodic play ni Eve Ensler na The Vagina Monologues (1996).

I personally know Jake Cuenca and Mikoy Morales. And knowing them, manggugulat sila sa performances nila rito.
Hindi sila exhibitionists, sila ay artists kaya alam nila ang gusto ng mga tao at ang dapat nilang gawin to get their message across.
Taga-PETA rin si Direk Phil Noble at alam niya ang responsibilidad niya bilang direktor kaya susuportahan natin itong DickTalk with hopes na sana lumawak pa ang ating kaalaman at kamalayan sa posibilidad ng ating mga pag-aari!!!
