Sabi ni Atty. Maggie Garduque, ang legal counsel nina Nones at Cruz, wala pang formal complaint na naisumite laban sa kanila.
Aniya, “As far as our clients are concerned there is no formal written complaint filed against them.
“Ganun din po sa GMA, as far as we know there is no formal written complaint filed until we read the statement of GMA that they received a formal complaint na yesterday.
“Thus, we are awaiting for a copy thereof so we can answer the allegations in said complaint accordingly. This is in accordance with due process.”
Dagdag pang text ni Atty. Garduque, “I don’t want to defend GMA or anyone, pero I believe it is just prudent not to act on the matter until a formal written complaint is filed.
“You can only initiate an investigation administrative or otherwise until a written complaint is filed, kasi stated na dun ang allegations, and you can ask the other party to answer the allegations already.”
NONES AND CRUZ SUSPENDED FROM THEIR PROJECTS
Ang latest na nasagap namin ay suspended na muna sina Nones at Cruz hangga’t gumugulong ang imbestigasyon.
Tinanggal na raw si Nones bilang 2nd unit director ng bagong drama series na Prinsesa ng City Jail.
Dapat ay siya raw ang direktor ng Magpakailanman na taping sa Sabado, pero hindi na siya itinuloy.
Kahapon, August 1, ay marami raw nakakita sa mag-amang Niño at Sandro na pumunta sa GMA-7.
Maaring doon na nila isinumite ang kanilang formal complaint laban sa dalawang independent contractors.

Medyo okay na rin naman daw ngayon ang bata. Naramdaman daw niya kasing marami ang dumadamay at sumusuporta sa kanya, kaya kahit paano ay nakakagaan ito sa bigat na nararamdaman niya.

May mga nag-suggest din bakit hindi na raw si Sandro ang kuning bida sakaling magkakaroon ng remake ng pelikulang Miguelito: Batang Rebelde (1985) na pinagbidahan ng uncle niyang si Aga Muhlach, sa direksiyon ni Lino Brocka.
Bagay rin daw kay Sandro ang papel ni William Martinez sa pelikulang Bihagin: Bilibid Boys (1981) na idinirek ni Ishmael Bernal.
