Hinihintay na lang ang resolution mula sa Department of Justice kaugnay sa reklamong isinampa ni Sandro Muhlach laban kina Richard “Dode” Cruz at Jojo Nones.
Pero patuloy pa rin palang inimbestigahan ito sa GMA-7.
Noong Lunes, September 16, humarap ang dalawang independent contractors sa committee na binuo ng GMA-7 para imbestigahan ang kasong ito.
Natapos nang humarap sa fact-finding committee si Sandro, at noong Lunes ay magkahiwalay na iniharap sina Cruz at Nones.
Unang isinalang si Cruz at sumunod si Nones.
JOJO NONES AND DODE CRUZ AT GMA COMMITTEE HEARING
Pagkatapos nito ay nagpadala sa PEP Troika si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque ng statement—na kung ano ang nakapaloob sa counter-affidavit na isinumite nila sa DOJ ay ganundin din ang kanilang isinalaysay sa committee hearing ng GMA.

Sabi sa statement na ipinadala ni Atty. Maggie: “Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz attended the clarificatory hearing set by the investigating committee of GMA composed of the HR and legal department of GMA in regarding HR complaint which Sandro Muhlach filed against them.
“The investigating committee is composed of HR and legal of GMA. They are conducting a fact-finding investigation.
“So, yes Jojo and Richard was able to tell the true account of the story, kung ano talaga ang ginawa ni Sandro sa loob ng kuwarto as opposed to the story of Sandro which is not only based on human nature and natural course of things but not supported with evidence.”

JERRY OLEA:
Nanindigan si Atty. Maggie na walang basehan umano ang mga alegasyon ni Sandro.
Pahayag ng abogada:“We further furnished GMA with a copy of the joint counter affidavit we submitted to DOJ to show that Sandro has no evidence to prove his story, worst his evidence is contrary to his story. Sinabi niya na-drug siya pero negative naman ang drug test.
"Sinabi niya he was restraint inside the room pero may messages sila ng friend niyang si Elijah at ng girlfriend niya habang nasa room siya. Meron din siyang call log sa GF niya proving nakatawag pa siya sa GF nya habang nasa kwarto siya.
"Sinabi niya, na-rape siya pero wala naman siyang allegation sa kanyang sworn statement which would constitute rape at pati medico legal niya ay negative for healed injury or laceration sa maselang bahagi ng katawan.
"And similar to the criminal case ang burden of proof dito sa HR complaint ay na kay Sandro to prove his claim. Unfortunately Sandro failed to prove it."
Umalma si Atty. Maggie dahil apektado raw pati kabuhayan ng kanyang mga kliyente.
"In the end Jojo and Richard moved for the dismissal of the HR complaint against them.
"They have been preventively suspended for 1 month already and they do not have work just because they were dragged to an untruthful and malicious complaint.
"Jojo and Richard also warned the committee not to tolerate this act of Sandro, otherwise this will serve as a precedent to other artists/talents who can just concoct a story against any production staff for publicity o para matanggal sila sa trabaho kapag di napagbigyan ang gusto."

Nagbigay din ng statement ang legal counsel ni Sandro Muhlach na si Atty. Czarina Quintanilla-Raz.
Kinondena nila ang pagpadala ng statement sa nangyari sa hearing sa DOJ.
Ang sabi ng legal counsel ni Sandro, nagpapadala raw ng misleading at self-serving statements si Atty. Maggie sa media kaugnay sa pagsumite nila ng counter-affidavit sa DOJ.
Ani Atty. Czarina, “It has come to our attention that since the filing of the Respondents Nones and Cruz of their Counter-Affidavit before the Department of Justice (DOJ), misleading and self-serving statements have been made by their counsel, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque to the media.
“We are outraged by the continuous unauthorized disclosure of information and misleading details surrounding Sandro’s Complaint and the ongoing proceedings before the DOJ."
SANDRO MUHLACH AT DOJ APPEARANCE
Nilinaw ni Atty. Czarina na hindi bayolente kundi takot ang naramdaman ng kliyente niyang si Sandro nang magkrus ang landas nito at ng dalawang respondents sa DOJ.
“Atty. Garduque’s claim that Sandro seemed violent during the submission of her clients’ Counter-Affidavits is completely false. How can Sandro be violent when he was crying and shaking the moment he saw his abusers in person for the first time since that horrific incident?
“The DOJ personnel inside the Justice Hall last September 12 can easily confirm this. Sandro became visibly extremely anxious, distressed, and scared that the Panel of Prosecutors even asked him if he was okay to have the clarificatory hearing with the Respondents present inside the Justice Hall.
“It is also not true that Atty. Garduque was the one who asked that her clients be placed in a room separate from Sandro. Given Sandro’s state when he saw his abusers, we requested the DOJ personnel to place either Sandro or the Respondents in a separate room."
Sabi pa ni Atty. Czarina: “We condemn Atty. Garduque’s continuous disclosure of evidence to the media and her obviously skewed and one-sided presentation to the media of allegations pertaining to the case.
“Atty. Garduque should refrain from making such disclosures as these would not only violate the integrity of the proceedings before the DOJ but also risk violating the due process rights of all parties involved, especially Sandro whose well-being is our utmost priority.
“We stand by the truth of the abuses that Sandro suffered in the hands of the Respondents and we will ensure that Sandro gets the justice he deserves.”
