Isinumite ni Archie Alemania ang kanyang counter-affidavit sa complaint na acts of lasciviousness na isinampa ni Rita Daniela laban sa kanya.

Sinumpaan niya ito sa Prosecutor’s office ng Bacoor City noong Martes, December 10, 2024.
Kasama ni Archie ang kanyang legal counsel. Hindi siya sinamahan ng kanyang asawang si Gee Canlas.
Wala rin si Rita Daniela, dahil iniiwas daw ng kanyang legal counsel na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque na magtagpo sila ni Archie.
Pagkatapos basahin ni Atty. Maggie ang counter-affidavit ni Archie, hiningan namin siya ng reaksyon kaugnay rito.
Narito ang kabuuan ng statement na ipinadala ni Atty. Maggie sa PEP Troika (published as is except for expletives):
"We received the counter affidavit submitted by respondent Archie Alemania yesterday.
"We are supposed to have a clarification hearing yesterday, but since there are no other evidence attached to the counter affidavit other than the testimonial evidence/allegations of Archie, the fiscal decided that there is no need to conduct clarificatory hearings.
"For us, the counter affidavit admitted that he uttered the words, ‘f*ckable’ and ‘tirahin mo na yan’ when he was at the party of Bea Alonzo.
"He also admitted that while in the car he touched Rita. Albeit, he said that he uttered those words because he was just being wacky and he made the touches to comfort her, this does not erase the fact that he did the acts complained of.
"He also said in his counter affidavit that when Rita got out of his vehicle, she was very angry.
"Why would Rita be angry when he did not do something wrong when they were at the car? If he just touched to comfort her?
"He also admitted that he apologized by sending her a message.
"These are material admissions by respondent Alemania himself in his sworn statement which gives reasonable certainty of conviction to indict him for the crime of acts of lasciviousness.
"His defenses are evidentiary in nature which should be ferreted out in a full blown trial in court."

Hindi nagpainterbyu si Archie Alemania, maging ang lawyer niya.
Napag-alaman ng PEP Troika na hindi totoo iyung bali-balita noon na balak ding magsama ng reklamo ni Archie laban kay Rita Daniela.
Sa Disyembre 17, Martes ng 9:30 A.M. magsusumite si Rita ng reply-affidavit.
Open ang PEP Troika na ilabas ang panig ni Archie sa mga kaganapan sa usaping ito.
