Inihain na ang warrant of arrest kay Archie Alemania kaugnay sa kasong acts of lasciviousness na isinampa laban sa kanya ni Rita Daniel.
Nang iniakyat ng Office of the City Prosecutor ng Bacoor ang kaso sa korte, inaasahan na ang warrant of arrest, pero hindi pa nila masabi kung kailan ito ihahain kay Archie.
Ngayon lang nakakuha ang PEP Troika ng kopya ng inisyung order sa Bacoor City, Cavite, noong March 18, 2025.
Kailangang magbayad si Archie ng PHP36,000 para sa pansamantala niyang kalayaan.

WARRANT OF ARREST ORDER
Nakasaad sa order na inisyu ng Presiding Judge Mary Rocelyn P. Lim-Guillano ng Branch 2 ng Municipal Trial Court (MTC) ng Bacoor City, Cavite: “After a careful evaluation of the information, the Resolution, Investigation Data Form, the Complaint Affidavit of the complaining witness, and other pertinent documents, the Court finds probable cause to hold the accused for trial.
“Considering that the accused is at large, let a WARRANT OF ARREST be issued against him. He may apply for bail for his temporary liberty in the amount of PHP36,000.00.”
Kaagad naming hiningan ng pahayag si Archie, pero hindi pa siya sumasagot at wala pa rin siyang statement kaugnay sa kasong ito.

Hindi sumasagot si Archie Alemania sa text message na ipinadala ng PEP Troika.
Kahit ang dati niyang handler sa Sparkle GMA Artist Center ay hindi rin sumasagot sa amin.
Sabi ng ilang napagtanungan namin, matagal na raw tinanggal si Archie sa Sparkle, at wala na raw ang litrato niya sa Sparkle wall.
Pero si Rita Daniela ay nandun pa rin.
Sunud-sunod pa rin ang trabaho ng singer-actress, na kasama sa cast ng musical na Liwanag sa Dilim.
Nakita namin sa Instagam post ni Archie kasama sina Gladys Reyes na nag-Hong Kong noong nakaraang buwan.

Nasa Hong Kong pa si Archie nang inisyu ng Bacoor MTC ang warrant of arrest para sa kanya.
Sa Abril 16 nakatakdang mag-streaming sa Netflix ang Kapuso drama series na Widows’ War, kung saan parehong kasama sina Rita at Archie.

RITA DANIELA CAMP'S REACTION
Kinunan din namin ng pahayag ang legal counsel ni Rita na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque.
Saad nito: "We just received via mail today the March 18 order of the court for the issuance of warrant of arrest.
"We hope for the immediate apprehension of the accused so the court can already acquire jurisdiction over his person and for the hearings to be started as soon as possible.
"In the end Rita just want to achieve the justice that she deserves."

Maganda sigurong harapin ito ni Archie Alemania at ipakitang pinangangatawanan niya ang bersiyon ng kanyang istorya.
Huwag siyang tumulad kay Harry Roque na naghahanap ng ibang paraan para lang maiwasan ang paratang at demandang kinahaharap niya.
Kung anuman, mabuting harapin ang katotohanan at hindi ito takasan.
