Maaga pa lang ng Miyerkules Santo, Abril 16, 2025, may nakakausap na akong ilang taong malapit sa original Superstar na humihingi ng panalangin para sa paggaling ni National Artist Nora Aunor o Ate Guy.
Hindi naman sinabi kung ano ang cause of death, pero noong Martes Santo pala ay dumaan pa si Ate Guy sa angioplasty.
Hirap daw kasi siyang huminga. May ilan ding kasamahan sa panulat na tumatawag na kay Lotlot de Leon, pero ayaw magbigay ng pahayag ang aktres.
Si Ian de Leon ang hinihintay nilang unang maglabas ng pahayag.
NORA AUNOR UNRELEASED FILM KONTRABIDA
Dagsa na ang nagbibigay pugay sa Superstar, pero ang isa sa sobrang apektado ay si Direk Adolf Alix Jr.
Ang una niyang ipinost sa kanyang Facebook account ay “I lost a family. (hearbroken emoji) Heartbreaking…”
Si Direk Adolf ang direktor ng mga huling pelikulang ginawa ni Ate Guy.
Sa pagkakaalam ko ay meron pa dapat siyang gagawin kunsaan makakasama sana niya sina Lorna Tolentino at Gina Alajar.
Sa isang mahabang FB post ni Direk Adolf, inaasahan niyang sana maipalabas na ang isa pang pelikulang ginawa nila, ang Kontrabida, na matagal na nila itong natapos.

Ang hirap sigurong magplano at ayusin ang burol ng ating Superstar.
Una, Holy Week, nakabakasyon ang karamihang tao. Ikalawa, National Artist siya, so dapat in coordination sa National Commission For Culture and the Arts (NCCA) at Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP).
Ikatlo, ang daming nagmamahal sa kanya kaya hindi kasya ang funeral homes para sa seremonya.
NORA AUNOR WAKE AND INTERMENT
Ngayong umaga ng Huwebes, April 17, nakalap natin ang schedule para sa funeral rites ni Ate Guy.
Magaganap ang burol sa Chapel 9 ng The Heritage Memorial Park sa Taguig City.
Para sa pamilya ang viewing at misa mamayang gabi.
Sa April 18, Biyernes, pamilya at mga kaibigan ang inaasahang makilamay.
Sa April 19, Sabado, 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. ang itinakdang public viewing; at sa April 20, Linggo, parehong oras ulit ang public viewing
Sa April 21, Lunes, pamilya at mga kaibigan ang maaaring dumalaw.

JERRY OLEA:
Si Nora, o si Ate Guy, ay tinaguriang Superstar ng local showbiz.
Taong 1971 nag-premiere sa Broadway ang rock opera na Jesus Christ Superstar. Ang film version nito ay ni-release noong 1973.
“Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ/ Who are you? What have you sacrificed?/ Jesus Christ Superstar/ Do you think you're what they say you are?”
Taong 1975 naman nag-umpisa ang musical variety show ni Nora na Superstar sa RPN 9. Tumagal iyon ng 22 years.
Streaming sa Netflix ang mga pelikula ni Nora na Himala (1982) at Whistleblower (2016).

"This family breadwinner was finally able to make enough money to move her family out of the silong occupied since 1971, to a three storey apartment on K-1 street, in Kamuning.
"Problem was the talent fees I was expecting to make the down payment for the move wasn't out yet.
"I went to see the woman, asked if she could advance me the money and promised I'd give it back to her soon as I got it. She stared at me for a long beat, she must have been reading if I was telling the truth.
"She asked someone in her house to make a check, she signed it, then gave it to me at once.
"Nakalipat kami, yes! A month or so later, I got paid. I had no checking account, so I got the money, brought it to her house. She wasn't home. I left the cash with the same person who prepared the check for me.
"Evening of that same day, lo and behold, came a basket of fruits AND the very same envelope of cash I had earlier left in her house.
"I rushed to her place in Valencia. She had guests. Our eyes met. I waved the envelope at her. She put a finger to her mouth, shook her head, gave me a beer, while also putting the envelope back in my bag.
"She wasn't perfect. But she was this."
