Nabanggit niyang ang arroz caldo ang carinderia food na paboritong kainin nila ni Anne.
Sinundan siya ng tanong kung yun din kaya ang paglilihian ng kanyang asawa.
Ngumiti na lang ang Filipino-French chef at food blogger, at hindi na siya sumagot.
Sabi lang niya, “Carinderia food is really the recommendation, it’s not street food.
"It’s home-cooked food presented in a very humble settings.
"I think that’s the strength of that local dishes.”
Masaya lang daw siya nang pinili itong Content Creator ng Buhay Carinderia…Redefined dahil marami pa raw siyang gustong matutunan sa mga pagkain natin lalo na ang mga lutong mula sa iba’t-ibang lalawigan ng bansa.

“I was really happy,” pakli ni Erwan.
“Last year I did the show called Aborigines. It’s basically for the US market. It’s all about local ati tribes, local provinces, how they eat, how they hunt, how they fish.
“In that really sparked my passion to really push our country in terms of trying to make people and give international viewers a reason to come to the Philippines because I love this country so much.
“So when they chose me, I was really happy…they can give me access to the places where I wouldn’t necessarily be able to talk to people and showcase truly the food I love,” dagdag niyang pahayag.
Sa pag-iikot niya sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa, gusto pa raw sanang matutunan ni Erwan ang mga luto sa Mindanao.
“I need to learn more about Mindanao and Maranaw cuisine.
“I feel like everyone in the country doesn’t have enough access information or exposure to Mindanao cuisine and I would love in 2018, 2019 to be the year that kinda expose us up and people come up with those dishes and will learn more from them,” saad ni Erwan.
