Tim Connor and Maggie Wilson first made headlines in late 2021.
The two graced the cover of XPedition Middle East, a Dubai-based magazine, in October 2021, a few weeks after the former beauty queen announced on September 27, her separation from real-estate tycoon Victor Consunji, her husband of 11 years.
Maggie and Tim, however, denied having an affair while their relationships with their former partners were still intact.
Tim answered fans in his now expired Instagram stories (published as is): “We both get asked this countless times a day…! Despite what you may have heard. To be absolutely clear, neither @wilsonmaggie or I had an affair with each other.”
In his interview with Xpedition, he described Maggie as an extremely close friend and business partner. He added that both of them share similar values and goals.
“In terms of romance, these are the early days,” he admitted.
But Tim clarified that he and Maggie are there for each other “to help and heal” at a tough time in their lives.
On March 19, 2022, Tim uploaded a photo of him and Maggie wearing tops of the same color.
His caption read, “Some things in life happen for a reason.”
On April 20, Maggie described Tim in an Instagram post featuring a photo of them aboard a yacht.
Her caption read, “I have never rolled my eyes or bickered with someone so much in my entire life. LOL! This guy always says exactly what he means and is the most honest person I’ve ever met.”
She also likes that he is straightforward, and can talk about “anything under the sun.”
Most recently, Maggie made headlines again on July 15, when she accused her ex-husband Victor of ordering someone to enter her home without a notice or warrant. Her lawyers denounced the “harrowing incident,” and vowed that those responsible should answer for the “dastardly act.”
On the same day, copies of the adultery case filed by Victor against Maggie and Tim circulated online.
As of July 20, the court has granted the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) requested by Maggie, citing that kicking out the former actress from her leased property in Taguig City was "illegal and unauthorized."
Maggie has not directly addressed the adultery case.
For his part, Tim, through a reply to an Instagram follower, used the term "rubbish" for the accusation.
Maggie’s life may be an open book here in the Philippines, but Tim’s isn’t.

Tim and Francesca were both in their early 20s when they founded Connoco Group in 2008 in London.

He and Maggie also formed an interior design studio last year.
A press release published by Zawya.com, "a leading source of regional news and intelligence, serving millions of professionals from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and rest of MENA," mentioned Tim's plan of making Dubai his "next investment destination."
In the article, he was quoted as saying, "The UAE has always been on my radar, it is one of the safest places to live and invest in.”
