Leren's pageantry journey reached a significant milestone in 2019 when she entered the 56th edition of the esteemed Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

At the end of the event, Creamline Cool Smashers hitter Michele Gumabao crowned Leren Bautista as her successor for the Binibining Pilipinas Globe title.

The Miss Globe 2019

The pride of Laguna competed for the Miss Globe 2019 crown at the Holiday Villages in Ulcinj town of the Balkan country Montenegro.

While the title ultimately found its way to Alejanda Diaz De Leon Soler, the representative of Mexico, Leren managed to secure the second runner-up spot.

Leren's winning statement expressed a dedication to preserving Mother Earth's assets.

She declared, "If I will win Miss Globe 2019, I will use this platform to raise an awareness on how to protect our planet.

"We could start within ourselves, we could start with small things by volunteering in our communities, by picking up the trash and throwing it to the right bin and by conserving our water.

"Because I believe that Mother Teresa once said not all of us can do great things, but all of us can do small things with great love."

Miss Universe Philippines 2021

Leren then vied for the coveted title as Miss Universe Philippines 2021 in a star-studded competition.

Among her fellow candidates were well-known TV personalities Kisses Delavin and Maureen Wroblewitz, as well as Internet sensations Ayn Bernos and Steffi Aberasturi.

Leren finished the competition as part of the Top 10.

Notably, at that time, the Miss Universe organization enforced a strict age restriction, limiting the competition to participants aged 18-28.

At the time, the Laguna delegate was 28 years old, which prompted her to share an Instagram post bidding adieu to her pageant aspirations.

She wrote back then (published as is), "The crown is my dream and representing Philippines is my pride and honor, we might not have the crown but having you fight with me all through out the competition made me realized that the true crown is infront of me and that crown is you. [crown emoji]

“There is no such thing as defeat if you try."

POLITICS

In 2022, the beauty queen emerged as the leading candidate in the political race for a seat on the municipal council of Los Baños, representing the Bigkis Pinoy party.

Leren's tenure as a councilor has already been marked by noteworthy accomplishments, such as the passage of 80 Resolutions and the enactment of 9 Ordinances.
