Actress Angel Locsin is the newest addition to the list of local celebrities who have ventured into the bar and lounge business with the opening of her Fuel Up Bar and KTV. Angel and her business partners had a kick-off party last April 23, Friday, at the bar's location at #36 Holy Spirit Drive corner Don Matias, Don Antonio Heights, Quezon City.
