Touted as a US-Filipino collaboration in eco-fashion and design, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, the first-ever eco-fashion show was held at the residence of US Ambassador Harry K. Thomas Jr. in Forbes Park, Makati City, last Tuesday, September 17.
Highlighting the event was the presence of gorgeous local celebrities who walked the runway donning outfits made from indigenous materials found in the Philippines.
The occasion, aptly titled "Forward Fashion: A September Evening to Remember," featured the creations of Paul Cabral and Dita Sandico-Ong, as well as celebrities including Dennis Trillo, Matteo Guidicelli, James Blanco, Daniel Matsunaga, Venus Raj and Anne Curtis.
Kris Aquino, as well as respected names from different industries, attended the event.
