The legal battle continues between estranged couple Derek Ramsay and Mary Christine Jolly, who both showed up at the Makati Prosecutor’s Office to submit more documents last Thursday afternoon, September 25.
Their 11-year-old son also appeared at the preliminary investigation to confirm the veracity of his letter to fiscal Erwin Dimayacyac dated September 15.
The preliminary investigation is in connection with the alleged violation of R.A. 9262 or Violence Against Women and Their Children Act that Mary filed against Derek last June 27.
