On September 14, 2022, Danica Sotto and Marc Pingris held a gender-reveal party with their loved ones and closest friends.
Taking to Instagram the following day to share photos from the celebration, the 40-year-old mother of two gave her sincere thanks to two Sotto women who gave her a hand in putting the event together.
They are Pauleen Luna Sotto, wife of Danica's dad Vic Sotto, and Joy Sotto, wife of her cousin Gian Sotto.
She wrote, "Still on a high from yesterday! Thank you @joywsotto and @pauleenlunasotto for organizing the perfect gender reveal party.
"Thank you @niceprintphoto for capturing our precious moments and to all our friends and family who came to celebrate with us. Love you all!"
It can be seen in Danica's series of posts that her husband, former PBA player Marc Pingris, shot his way to the ring with a bag filled with colored confetti that would determine the gender of their baby.
Present at the event were Danica's father and Eat Bulaga! pioneer Vic Sotto, Pauleen, and their daughter Tali Sotto; Oyo Sotto with wife Kristine Hermosa-Sotto and kids; Tito Sotto's children Gian Sotto and Ciara Sotto with their respective families.

As the event host and organizer, Pauleen also congratulated the celebrity couple.
