Nico Bolzico, Erwan Heussaff, and Adrien Semblat lit up their social media as they watched the FIFA 2022 World Cup finals.

The heartstopping match between France and Argentina held on Sunday, December 18, 2022, went into overtime, keeping football fans all over the globe on the edge of their seats.

It was the culmination of the month-long tournament that had even Filipino fans joining the bandwagon to cheer on their favorite teams, including Team Japan who received a lot of love from netizens in the form of memes and viral videos.

Here's how much Nico, Erwan, and Adrien—also known as members of the Bullied Husbands Club—love football.

TEAM ARGENTINA

Nico Bolzico was emotional with Argentina's FIFA 2022 World Cup win.

The Argentinian businessman and influencer even flew to Qatar to watch the finals live.

Nico uploaded several stories and a video post on Instagram saying how hard it is to explain to non-football fans how much love and respect his country has for their number-one sport.

We grow up playing football, regardless if you are good or bad at it; dad taking you to the stadium is one of your first childhood memories; some of your best memories are about football; you made friends because of football; we can spend hours talking about football; you cry for football; football is part of your culture and DNA.”

His emotional post showed fans at the Lusali Stadium in tears, hugging family and friends, and totally appreciating every minute of their historic win.

Nico also said how meaningful and impactful it was that La Albiceleste’s strength, teamwork, and dedication brought their nation together.

"A country divided in two, suffering from years of adverse economy conditions, that for the first time in a long while, felt as one.

"The team showed that you don’t need money to be within the best countries in the world; you need a united team, hard work, humbleness, and leadership."

Like many of us, Anne Curtis' husband Erwan stayed up late to watch the match, as seen in his Instagram Story where he cheered on France during a grueling overtime.

Despite France’s loss, Erwan kept his cool and even used the current football hero Lionel Messi’s name to offer discounts to every purchase of their meat products.
