Sa kanyang Instagram, ibinahagi ni John ang ilang larawang kuha sa wedding proposal niya kay Isabel noong September 24, 2014.
Nangyari ito sa pamamagitan ng isang flash mob sa Eastwood Citywalk, sa Quezon City.

John prats: "I couldn’t imagine this journey without you."
Sa caption ng actor-director, sinabi nitong sariwa pa sa kanyang isipan ang nangyaring wedding proposal noon.
Pati na ang kabang naramdaman noon kung sasagot ba si Isabel ng "yes" sa kanyang proposal.
At dahil sa "yes" na yun, nagbago ang kanyang buhay.
Saad ni John, "10 years ago today, I got down on one knee and asked the love of my life to spend forever with me. I still remember that moment like it was yesterday, the butterflies in my stomach, the way my heart raced, and the overwhelming joy when you said ‘yes.’
"That single word changed my life in the best possible way. Since that day, we’ve built a beautiful life together, facing every challenge, celebrating every victory, and creating countless memories."
Tinatanaw raw niyang malaking utang na loob sa asawang si Isabel ang bawat pagsubok ng buhay na kanilang nalampasan dahil sa pagmamahal at suporta nito sa kanya.
Hindi raw niya lubos-maisip ang kanyang buhay ngayon kung hindi niya naging asawa si Isabel.
Mensahe pa ni John, "I’m forever grateful to have you by my side through every high and low, always loving, supporting, and believing in me.
"Thank you for being my partner, my best friend, my greatest love, and the most amazing mother to our children.
