Maxene Magalona and Robby Mananquil are now married.
They exchanged vows early today, January 11, in an outdoor ceremony at Shangri-La's Boracay Resort & Spa.
It was an all-white wedding, with guests and members of the entourage clad in semi-formal wear.
Maxene's siblings Frank, Arkin, Clara, and Elmo Magalona were present for the beach wedding.
Meanwhile, Saab Magalona couldn't make it because of her pregnancy.
Maxene's matron of honor wrote on her Instagram, “I’m so sad that I can’t be with her physically. I recently learned that I’m not allowed to travel anymore until after the twins’ birth.
“I really wish I could be there, but with her big and selfless heart, [Maxene] told me not to worry about it because the safety of my babies is what’s most important.
“I love you, @maxenemagalona, and I am currently crying buckets from Manila.”
Among the celebrities spotted at the nuptials were Maxene’s bridesmaids Julia Montes, Megan Young, Lauren Young, and Janna Tee.
Foregoing the traditional matching dresses, the bridesmaids wore outfits with different silhouettes for Maxene's big day.
Lauren, Megan, and Janna were with their respective beaus: Robbie Garcia, Mikael Daez, and Brent Javier.
Meanwhile, Elmo brought along his love-team partner, Janella Salvador, as his date.
They arrived together at the venue holding hands.
Among the principal sponsors was Gary Valenciano, who attended the ceremony with his wife Angeli.
Tim Yap was also in attendance.
He recorded Maxene’s emotional bridal march.
JM Rodriguez was also one of the celebrity guests who took a selfie with the newlyweds.
