It's Showtime mainstay Kim Chiu has proven once again that she is a massive Blink—a supporter of the world-renowned K-pop quartet BlackPink.
Taking to Instagram on May 2, 2024 to share her outfit of the day, Kim dons the latest merch from lead rapper Jennie's new collection—Jentle Salon—her third collaboration project with South Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster.

Kim exudes a chic vibe in Jentle Salon's Cheveux De Nini 01 frame silhouette, priced at PHP19,000, matching delicately with her capybara-shaped Petite Cooing charms, which are worth PHP3,250.
She even makes ingenious use of the packaging ribbon clip as a collar pin, much to the delight of her eagle-eyed followers.
"Ang trendsetter naman nung Kim Chiu, ginawang bowtie sa damit yung [ribbon emoji] sa casing ng Jentle Salon... Parang first time ko nakita na may gumawa nito, not even Jennie did this," an X (formerly Twitter) user captions.
Her support to the BlackPink member doesn't stop with her ensemble, as Kim uses Jennie and Zico's recently-released single collaboration, SPOT!, as the background music for her social-media updates.
As if these are not enough, Kim further professes her admiration for the 28-year-old idol through a video of her holding up Tamburins' Chamo perfume from its fragrance campaign with Jennie.
The Kapamilya actress writes over the video: "Tell me you're a @jennierubyjane fan without telling me you're a Jennie fan!!"

Kim's Instagram update comes in the wake of significant media attention surrounding her ex-bf Xian Lim's cover story on Esquire PH.
In the candid interview, Xian openly discusses his breakup with the What's Wrong with Secretary Kim Philippine adaptation lead actress, and his current relationship with Viva producer Iris Lee.
Despite the buzz around Xian's interview, Kim seems "unbothered"—the word used by her fans on X.
