Fashion's top and fast-rising designers had once again come together for the second Fashion Can Serve gala night at the Raffles Makati Hotel, on Thursday, October 13.

The event was held to spread awareness about breast cancer, in which, early detection is the prevention.

It also put the spotlight on breast cancer survivors as they walked down the runway in designer gowns with their "breast friends."

The fashion show underlined the message that no one walks alone in this battle against cancer.

Among the designers who joined this good cause were Randy Ortiz, Patty Ang, Mark Bumgarner, Dennis Lustico, Patrice Diaz, and Rosanna Ocampo.

Celebrities had also lent their star power to the event.

Derek Ramsay was dashing in a Randy Ortiz suit.

Iza Calzado, also in a Randy Ortiz design, dedicated this walk to her mom Mary Ann Ussher and stepmom Myrna Razon, who both died due to breast cancer.

Carla Abellana walked in a Patty Ang jumpsuit for actress and breast cancer survivor Maritoni Fernandez.

Singer-actress Karylle wore a Patty Ang cape jumpsuit.

Miss World 2013 Megan Young also donned a white Patty Ang cape dress.

Matteo Guidicelli wore a Dennis Lustico barong suit, and walked the runway with optometrist and top Sun Life Financial advisor Lorenza Huang (not in photo), a breast cancer survivor.

Heart Evangelista ended the night with a Mark Bumgarner gown.

Tessa Prieto-Valdes hosted the auction.

Also spotted was KC Concepcion with beau Aly Borromeo.
