One of them even remarked that it's "the most expensive watch I've ever seen in a Filipino celebrity."
The photo showed KC wearing a diamond watch, which was identified by her followers as the Lady Nuit des Papillons Watch from the French brand Van Cleef & Arpels.
Her caption read: "A diamond was just a piece of charcoal that handled stress exceptionally well..."
KC's 33-millimeter watch, which drew inspiration from flora and fauna, was made of white gold with sapphires and round diamonds.
