Rochelle Pangilinan has successfully shed most of her pregnancy weight in a span of three months.
After giving birth to her daughter Shiloh on February 24, Rochelle began her postpartum workouts on March 17.
The GMA-7 dancer-actress did an hour of light exercise every day.
After three months, her consistency and commitment have started paying off.
The first-time mom posted a then-and-now photo of herself taken in March and in June.
Her full caption read, published as is: "My post partum body,walang makakaligtas and I Love it! Kasama yan sa napakadaming pagdadaanan bilang isang ina.. pagkatapos kong manganak mukha pa rin akong 9months preggy,
"aanhin ko ang sexy na pangangatawan kung wala naman si Shiloh
"pero 1 hour light exercise lang everyday at sa tulong ng asawa ko @arthursolinap (sya muna ang bantay),
"kahit papaano ay maibabalik ko din ang dating weight unti-unti,konting push, tyaga at sipag na din,
"Napa smile na lang ako ng makita sa salamin na medyo ok na pala,kaya tara na! Puuuuush!!"
Rochelle's fellow celebrity moms cheered for her in the comments section.
Iya Villania, who is a fitness buff as well, told Rochelle, "Good job mama!"
Diana Zubiri reminded her, "Take your time [kiss mark emoji] kayang kaya mo yan [smiley emoji]"
Camille Prats, who is currently pregnant with her third child, told her close friend, "Ang galing mo Mars!!! [three red heard emoji]"

Fitness has always been a priority for Rochelle.
Even in her third trimester, Rochelle was still doing daily exercises as approved by her doctor.
