Ellen Adarna is setting the Internet on fire with her latest Instagram post.
On Thursday, March 17, 2022, the 33-year-old celebrity mom uploaded a photo and video that showed her artfully posing topless as she bared her well-toned abs and sexy figure.
In the caption of her post, Ellen proudly said that this is the result of her "once a day meal replacement" diet program and workout. She has been doing this for over five days since she got back from her honeymoon with her husband Derek Ramsay.
Part of her caption read, "5th day progress on @xmealph once a day meal replacement diet (kinareer ko na guys to balance out everything i ate when i was on vacation [emoji])"
She replaced one of her meals to a supplement that, according to its Facebook page, helps people "lose weight quickly and safely - without ever feeling hungry."
A day before she shared her topless photo, Ellen uploaded a video of herself doing core exercises at the balcony of their home in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
"Progress #core #balance," the Cebuana actress simply wrote in the caption of her post.

Actress and celebrity mom Isabelle Daza commented, "Grabe naman."
Celebrity stylist Rain Dagala praised Ellen's sexy figure and wrote, "Iba talaga si Mommy! [emoji]"
Content creator Janina Manipol had a one-word reaction to Ellen's sexy Instagram post. She commented, "Grabeeeeeeee [emoji]."
