For Cianne Dominguez, joining Century Tuna Superbods 2026 alongside her father Josh Florendo has become one of the most rewarding aspects of the entire experience.
In her exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Cianne talked about the lessons she learned from her father, whose advocacy in the competition centers on building a fitness legacy.
According to her, his influence extends beyond physical fitness.
"Biggest lesson is yun nga, yung advocacy niya kasi is about building a legacy and that inspires me kasi ang inspiration niya ay kami.
"So nagiging role model siya, naging maganda siyang role model for us na mag-live din ng healthy life para sa mga future generations like sa mga, soon-to-be kids, yung mga ganun.
"To be a role model and hindi mawala yung legacy na yun. Kasi kahit feeling mo impossible na, ginagawa niyang possible lang lahat. Yun."
Cianne's dad is 53 years old.
During the VIP Night held on August 6, 2026, at The Fifth, Rockwell, Makati City, he proudly introduced himself as "a husband to one wife, father of five kids, and lolo of three."

CIANNE DOMINGUEZ: fitness routine
Now that she is officially competing in Century Tuna Superbods 2026, Cianne revealed that her routine begins not with exercise, but with nurturing her spiritual life.
"First of all, gumigising ako ng six or seven amin the morning hindi para mag-workout, mag-workout agad kundi para i-work out yung spiritual life ko.
"Nagde-devotion ako, nagba-Bible reading ako morning and night. Nagme-meditate ako sa Word of God and that inspires me to work out, to eat healthy.
"So yun yung pagwo-workout ko after Showtime."
She doesn’t appear to be into intense workouts, but she joins her dad for a workout whenever she can.
Cianne added: "Minsan kapagka gumigising ako nang mas maaga, ayun, nag-aano ako, stretching kasi may mga equipments naman sa bahay."
But her diet is more disciplined.
"And sa food naman, yun, sinasabayan ko si Papa, super healthy. Halos wala nang lasa yung mga pagkain talaga.
"Pero siyempre, wag mo naman i-deprive yung sarili mo. Kailangan mong deserve pa rin natin ang mga sweet... sweet and mga salty food."
