"We're claiming it," the basketball player says, referring to their attempt of having a fourth child.

His wife Cheska adds, "We're claiming to have a baby, so Lord, please let us have a baby."

The two are very positive about it because, so far, whenever they move into a new house, their family always welcomes a new member.

Doug recalls that they started out living in a condominium unit, and Cheska says, "What we could afford at the time was just to rent a condominium. And in our first home, we took home our first baby."

When they moved into their townhouse as a family of three with Kendra, they had Scarlett.

Then when they moved into their first family home, Gavin was born.

Doug says, "So, parang naging trend na whenever we transfer to a new place, we have a new baby."

It was early this year when the couple first talked about their intention of having another baby.

They chose to do so through in-vitro fertilization or IVF since Cheska had a tubal ligation after giving birth to Gavin.

Tubal ligation is a type of birth control where a woman's fallopian tubes are tied together to prevent pregnancy.

Before the full tour of their new home, Doug, Cheska, Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin give their first family home in Pasig City a final look, and reminisce about the memories they had here.

The video footage was taken on their last day, and Doug describes it as "quite an emotional day."

It was in December 2012 when the family moved into their Pasig home, where they began their life as a family of five.

At the time, Kendra was three years old, while Scarlett was one year old. Gavin was in Cheska's tummy.

The 550-square-meter house and lot, Doug says, was "a leap-of-faith house."

"It's our first house," the PBA player says, teary-eyed. "We worked so hard for this house... We didn't have enough money to pay for this house, but God provided and that's it.

"Thank you, Lord. Thank you for this house."

It was where several photo shoots and endorsement shoots took place, and most of the Team Kramer videos were also shot.

Doug, Cheska, Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin lived in it for six years.

They put it up for sale in August 2016.

Team Kramer moved into their new house on June 22, 2019, in time for Kendra's 10th birthday on June 25.

"This has been almost two years in the making," the father of three says, sharing that construction began in September 2017.

"It took a while because I had to supply all of the things in the house. All of the finishes.

"This wasn't a 'here, do everything for us.' This is a collaboration between Cheska and I.

"We didn't get any interior designer, so what you will see is what our favorites are."

Set up to be their dream house, the multi-level structure is packed with luxurious amenities.

It features a glass elevator, an infinity pool, a playground, a classroom, a personal office, a home cinema, a home gym, a barbeque area, and much more.

Their "kasambahays" even have their own private area, which includes four bedrooms and a common lounge.

It is a "modern, rustic" house with heirloom pieces from Cheska's family as well as custom-made furnishings.

The house is "very spacious," but Doug says that it is also "self-sustaining."

He installed solar panels on the roof and a water filtration system inside.

"Even if you shower, you can actually drink the water. Para malinis na yung tubig," the PBA star says.

"But I took it one step further. I got a reverse osmosis dispenser. I never have to order water anymore.

"This is the kind of water you get or taste from the water station."

Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin now enjoy bigger bedrooms.

Kendra and Scarlett are sharin a room , which has two dressers, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom that is complete with two sinks and a jacuzzi bathtub.

The sisters also have a "princess bed."

As for Gavin, his sports-themed bedroom has a mini basketball play area.

He also has his own mini walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Doug and Cheska have their own floor, which is called "the master floor."

The master floor houses their master suite and the baby room.

The master suite has an "emperor-size" bed, which is a custom-made mattress that is larger than a king-size bed.

Cheska's dream walk-in closet is also found in that room, with one section dedicated to her shoes.

Doug has a small area in Cheska's walk-in closet.

The couple also has his-and-hers toilets in their master bathroomm, and a private balcony area, which is a perfect date-night spot.

At the start of the vlog, Doug and Cheska briefly look back at their beginnings as a family.

"Di ba we had to sell some stuff?" Cheska recalls.

Doug says, "Oh yeah. We had to. Yeah, we had to sell some stuff because we needed to make a downpayment. And we needed to do this and that."

Cheska remembers selling her car to make sure Kendra's first birthday would happen.

But through smart investments and budgeting, Doug and Cheska managed to hurdle all their financial challenges.

"That's the journey of our family, you know," Doug continues.

"It's an amazing journey of how you can start from that small to suddenly come to a beautiful house like this.

"But a big house can be empty. It's nothing. It's a house, it's a structure.

"But what makes a house a home is family. Being together, being content."

Doug and Cheska then conclude the entire home-tour video with an inspiring message.

"We thank the Lord for blessing, for providing, and blessing our family," the mother of three says.

"And I hope that we continue to be that way, to be always hopeful and dependent on God."

Doug chimes in, "Trust in God's timing always. It's always perfect."

Cheska then underlines, "Of course, important also that as we trust in the Lord, we also do our job. Our job is to obey. Our job is also to use our talents wisely."

The video ends with Doug saying, "Keep the faith, no matter what."
