GMA-7 actress Kylie Padilla is putting up for lease or for sale one of her condominium units in Quezon City.
The 29-year-old celebrity mom made the announcement on Instagram on Monday, May 30, 2022.
In her post, Kylie gave a mini-tour of her semi-furnished two-bedroom condo, which also has its own balcony.
The Kapuso actress also wrote in the video, "My 2 bedroom in QC is for lease/sale. For details and inquiries, please contact this number Ning - 09195589448."
In the caption, she wrote, "One of my condos in QC is for lease or sale. For anyone who is interested. The contact details are in the video [emojis] thank you"

Kylie did not mention the rental fee or price, but many of her Instagram followers have already shown interest in her condo unit.
Currently, Kylie and her two sons Alas Joaquin, 4, and Axl Romeo, 2, are living in their "dream home" in Quezon City.
It was on August 1, 2022, when the Kapuso actress revealed that they have already moved into their new home in Fairview, which is owned by her father Robin Padilla.
Kylie posted in her Instagram stories a photo of their first night in their new home and wrote, "First night at our new place. I can hear the rain outside as my two boys drift to sleep. I have a little back pain from exhaustion but I'm thankful for every moment.
"I am incredibly thankful and happy despite everything. [emoji] So many things that I manifested are now happening. Thank you universe.
"I promise to strive to be good, to be better. Life is amazing. Goodnight everyone."
